Meanwhile, at least three people were killed and 20 others wounded in an Israeli bombardment targeting a house owned by the Abu Jiyab family in the Abu Eskandar area, north of Gaza City, according to medics.

Moreover, the Palestinian civil defense service said that several people were killed and wounded in homes destroyed by Israeli warplanes on Yafa Street, east of Gaza City.

Earlier in the day, the civil defense service spokesperson Mahmoud Basal reported that 84 dead were transported to Al-Muamalat Hospital in Gaza due to Israeli airstrikes in the recent hours.

The government’s Media Office Director Ismael Al-Thawabteh told reporters on Sunday that more than 700 Palestinians have been killed in Gaza during the last 24 hours.

The Qatari government pursues this path whilst doing ‘nothing’ to actually stop Israel perpetuating its War Crimes (after-all, Qatar and Israel are allies in Syria) – and does ‘nothing’ beyond puff pieces and fine words to assist the Palestinian people!

Israel’s attacks on Gaza have so far killed more than 11,000 Palestinians, including more than 4,500 children and 3,000 women, and wounded over 27,000 others, said Palestinian Health Minister Mai Al-Kaila in a press conference on Saturday.

The Israeli escalation followed a massive attack launched by the Palestinian Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) that runs Gaza, which killed about 1,200 people in Israel, according to revised figure announced by Israeli Foreign Ministry spokesperson Lior Haiat on Saturday. Hamas also took more than 200 people to Gaza as hostages during the attack.

Qatar’s Emir announced during the summit that his country was trying to mediate the release of hostages.

Hamas on Saturday called on the leaders of Arab and Islamic nations to pressure Israel to stop its “war” against the besieged coastal enclave.

A speech given by the Women’s Committees was given by Manal Abdel Rahim – a member of the Women’s Committees area in Al-Bared – saluted the people of Gaza for their legendary steadfastness, endurance, determination and will-power in the face of the Zionist military war machine! This is the case despite the massacres and genocide of our people, indicating that the Battle of Al-Aqsa Flood is only the beginning of liberation and the establishment of the Palestinian State, with Jerusalem as its capital, and that victory is inevitably coming!

Palestine: World Placates Zionist-Perpetuated Genocide! (13.10.2023)

The death toll from Israeli strikes on the Gaza Strip and West Bank has totaled 1,448, while 6,868 others were wounded, according to the Ramallah-based Palestinian Health Ministry on Thursday night. Meanwhile, Israel’s public broadcaster Kan said the Israeli death toll had risen to more than 1,300.

Israel cut off its power supply to the Gaza Strip and ordered a complete siege on the Palestinian enclave, home to over 2.2 million people.

The United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA) said on Thursday that at least 340,000 Palestinians have been displaced since the escalation on Saturday.

“The water crisis is looming in UNRWA shelters and throughout Gaza due to the lack of electricity needed to operate pumps and water desalination plants and the limited water supply in the local market,” added the UN agency.
