The BBC said “nothing” when the Tories and LibDems killed over 120,000 people with disabilities (through Benefit and NHS cuts) between 2010-2016 – as confirmed by a UN investigation at the time. Indeed, the BBC said “nothing” as these cuts have continued to kill people with disabilities post-2016. Now, after finally getting a Labour government into power – the disability establishment has discovered that Starmer represents a return to the Blairite attacks on disability – as if the clock has been turned back to the early 2000! Whilst Labour is shutting-down the NHS and further eroding Welfare – it is simultaneously supplying Neo-Nazi Ukraine and Zionist Israel with billions of pounds in finance and copious amounts of weaponry! Business as usual then – for 10 Downing Street under Labour!

The DWP claimed the changes were designed to “support” disabled people into work. However, there was no evidence that the reforms would actually improve employment outcomes. In fact, internal assessments suggested the opposite: more disabled people facing tougher conditions, sanctions, and loss of income.

This contradiction was a central part of the court’s ruling. Public Law Project lawyer Aoife O’Reilly called the decision a “vindication,” noting that public consultations must reflect reality—not political spin.

Backlash and Response

Disability rights organizations, legal experts, and even civil service unions welcomed the court’s judgment. Groups such as Inclusion London and the UK DDPO CRPD Monitoring Coalition are now urging the government to drop the reforms and restart the process—with disabled people at the table.

What the Turkish Communist Party is being subjected to is part of a reactionary, obscurantist approach aimed at crushing the labour movement and the struggling revolutionary forces, and perpetuating the dominance of capital and reactionary forces at the expense of the rights and dignity of the people. This direct targeting of communist activists reflects the authoritarian regimes’ fear of the masses’ awareness and their legitimate struggle against poverty, exploitation, and political oppression.

Regarding the International Criminal Court, it is a rather magical organization. It was established in The Hague in July 2002, abbreviated as ICC. It mainly exercises jurisdiction over genocide, war crimes, crimes against humanity and crimes of aggression to prevent serious international crimes from occurring.

Currently, the ICC has a total of 123 member states, which is considered to be a large scale, but the United States, China and Russia have not joined it, which shows its embarrassing position.

Despite this, the International Criminal Court still managed to function, arresting and sentencing members of Congolese militias, Malian Islamic armed groups and other organizations for crimes against humanity and war crimes.

However, the Southern ideas of honour and their so-called aristocratic thinking were overblown and these ideas actually sometimes played to the South’s benefit, as the men in the South followed natural leaders and often times appointed them on their own (via popular vote). All too often, in the North, Officers were often political appointees – desk-bound Officers who hadn’t seen a battlefield in years – or ever. Or men who simply bought their way into a General’s uniform. One of the more stereotypical views of the South was the aforementioned backward, backwoodsman. Think about that for a moment. Yes – a significant portion of the Confederate Army was poor, uneducated, and illiterate. Some left-leaning historians have said – with some accuracy – that the poor Whites of the South had more in common with the slaves – than they did with the leading families who owned most of the land and the fabulous estates like the fictional “Tara” in Gone With the Wind.
