Again, if you read Marx, Engels, Lenin, Stalin, Mao, Ho, and Che, etc, none of this is new and we must all battle every generation to make genuine Marxist-Leninism available for each new generation. The Morning Star eulogises the mirky world of professional boxing when everyone knows it is a thoroughly exploitative vehicle for the rich to pay the poor to beat each other up for the entertainment of the latter. The CPB continuously demands that its members support the bourgeois Labour Party – which proscribed the Communist Party in 1921. Trotsky would not only turn in his grave – but build a three-storey extension to celebrate this ridiculous revisionnism!

Things will not racially improve if China just pretends (or even actually becomes) “capitalist”. As I write, I know Chinese students are being illegally taken into custody and forcibly questioned by the US authorities regarding their association with the Communist Party. China complains here and there about this – but does very little on the practical level as trade is considered more important – and that boat must not be rocked under any circumstance. Karl Marx wrote some very good articles for the US newspapers regarding China and its socio-economic development in the face of a ruthless imperialist domination. All genuine progressives must retain a lucidity and fluidity of thought in all circumstance (exactly what Mao Zedong did – as he literally “thought” outside his own ethno-centric predicament) – as this is the dialectical way. We must not become trapped in the rather childish Judeo-Christian cul-de-sac of a “good vs bad” dichotomy. Just because someone – or some entity – does not like you observing, discussing, or thinking about a certain aspect (or set of aspects) – this should not necessarily mean that you should abide by this imposed limitation of thought. England: Local Council Elections (London) – How a Postal Vote Works! (24.4.2026)

Of course, the centralised democracy found within Marxist-Leninist countries is far more empowering – but we have to operate where we find ourselves in reality. This New Labour Party is now the enemy of the people. What once acted as a vehicle for many different types of Socialist Movements to gain power(although its middle-class leadership “Proscribed” the Communist Party in 1921) – it is now a soft-conservative sand thoroughly reactionary entity that is shutting down the NHS and torturing the nation’s elderly and disabled. We are not the US and we should not kow tow to the US industrial military complex. We are English and should display some bollocks in this matter! We should stand our ground. I grew-up in a Socialist Britain that was like a Soviet State with very little in common with the US. We must vote as far-left as possible to serve the best interests of the workers. I remember Joseph Stalin stating that he often thought of a poor family suffering due to unemployment – and based all his policies on relieving this injustice. Again, stand your ground. Vote as you will – but maintain your freedom of thought!

BMA-UK: Qumran: How Meditating Jews Borrowed from Buddhism to Build Christian Monasticism! (12.4.2026)

The Jewish community in Qumran chose to sit in meditation cells to seek a communion with their god. Why did some Jews do this? This is not a Jewish tradition and is certainly not recognised as a Jewish practice – even in a peripheral sense. Meditating in a cave must have come into Judaism from an alien teaching and different culture. Two prime candidates are Buddhism and Hinduism – with the edge leaning toward Buddhism (due to the lack of polytheism). Not only this, but Buddhism was flourishing in India during the 3rd century BCE and the 1st century CE – the time era attributed to the Qumran texts (the Dead Sea Scrolls). Christian monasticism (as practiced by the Celtic Church) must have originated in Buddhist India – and was adopted by a small group of Jews in the Qumran area of the Judean Desert (situated on the North-western shore of the Dead Sea). This meditational practice was continued by the early Jewish followers of Jesus Christ and was spread to the Egyptian Desert – where the first (distinct) Christian monastic communities were first formed.

The police and military are very much part of this – as working-class people who join these anti-worker establishments are rewarded with certain benefits and immunities that others (their victims) do not receive. They arrest and kill us for breaking a system of law inflicted upon us by a hostile class power. The bourgeoises (and its institutions) act as if it is the theistic god the Abrahamic religions (Judaism, Christisnity, and Islam) purport to follow.

Meanwhile, the Collective West, that bastion of moral guidance, has ignored the illegal (terroristic) attack on Iran by the US and Israel – and instead has blamed Iran for ‘bringing the problem upon itself’ by a) existing and b) insisting upon exercising self-determination – thus compounding the situation. President Putin is fighting a war on two fronts. The first is against Neo-Nazi Ukraine – whilst the second is internally preventing Russia from sliding back into Soviet Socialism. North Korea is battling with the contradiction that its soldiers have died fighting for a capitalist Russia in Kursk (how does this fit in with Juche) – whilst the Communist Party of China is grappling with the paradox of how building capitalist market forces reconciles with constructing a new society premised upon the auspices of Scientific Socialism.
