During the visit, the conditions the prisoners are held in the prisons of the Zionist Occupation were reviewed. This assessment included the conditions the prisoners are forced to suffer during home-detention. Yasser Al-Moazin gave an account of the conditions of his arrest, his exposure to disease, his suffering in the Zionist prisons until his release and exile to Gaza. His further exile to Syria, and finally to Lebanon. We also discussed the health conditions he is going through now – which led to the amputation of his legs.

During yesterday evening, a Cease-Fire Agreement between the Resistance in the Gaza Strip and the Zionist Occupation Army entered into force at exactly ten o’clock in the evening under Egyptian auspices. Egyptian media indicated that the Cease-Fire included the commitment of the Zionist Occupation to stop targeting individual civilians (and demolishing homes) – provided that Egypt works to follow up on the extent of its commitment to implement the Agreement.

This is a selection of reliable (academic) articles pertaining to the US and UK regarding the objective study of ‘Transgenderism’ and/or ‘Transsexuality’ – with a bias toward the US. I have checked the links to ensure each is working properly, and have assessed the efficacy of each research paper. The data should be ‘objective’ and its scientific interpretation ‘impartial’. This type of study is important so as to avoid ‘political’ bias (of whatever orientation) and to construct a sound ‘material’ basis for the study of this subject. We know that this subject ‘exists’ – and we need to establish ‘why’ and in so doing ascertain the ‘direction’ of this trend. This process requires ‘detachment’ from the more ’emotive’ reactions seen within certain sections of society – and to approach this subject as a Doctor might approach any other element of physical and psychological health.

District People’s Court must be strengthened to be a good service provider, a pure and transparent administration acting with honesty and a pure and faithful intet toward the profession! This requires paying attention to training court staff to be knowledgeable, ethical, moral and professional in performing their duties, especially judges who are arbitrators on cases considered very important because such judgments and arbitrations touch the life, health, freedom, dignity and rights and legitimate interests of the People! There must be a paying attention to coordination and discussion with the relevant parties of the prosecution according to the process of justice, especially the District People’s Prosecutor’s Office, the District Justice Office, the National Police Officer and other parties involved in the consideration of solving cases that are difficult, complicated, and related to many problems!
