Genius of Alexis Godillot: A History of the French Attaché (and English “Brief”) Case – and Why Shoes Fit on the “Left” & “Right” Foot! (29.10.2023)

The original article (reproduced here and referenced below) states:

‘In 1826, Godillot had another bright idea – developing a lightweight case with a hinged iron frame and a carpet covering. He had conceived it as being ideal for hunting and fishing – since these activities required lots of equipment but were too rugged for traditional trunks.’

As Alexis Godillot was born in 1816 – it is unlikely that he would have invented the Attaché Case in 1826 aged just “10-years old”! In fact, evidence suggests that Alexis Godillot invented the Attaché Case around 1843 – when Godillot was aged around 27-years old. The problem with this history is that sources state that Godillot founded a luggage firm (with his son) in 1843 – but if this was the case – his son could not have been older than 9-10-years old! What follows is essentially an informative advertisement – which I do NOT endorse. It is merely a convenient (but flawed) vehicle that conveys the fascinating history of the French inventor – Alexis Godillot! ACW (29.10.2023)

Statement: Issued by the Department of Refugees and Right of Return! (24.10.2023)

The majority of the martyrs and wounded have been women and children – in addition to the forcible removal of more than 140 families. These crimes are systematically applied by the Zionists – moving from one neighbourhood to another – and from one camp to another in the Gaza Strip! The fascist-Zionist atrocities have been supported and blessed by the United States, Britain, France, Canada, Germany, Spain, Neo-Ukraine, and others!

Tunisia: Appeal By the Workers’ Party to the Arab Peoples of the World! (26.10.2023)

The difference is that there were political leaders who dared to take the decision, including Saudi King Faisal, who was neither a Revolutionary nor even a Democrat. He was an ally of the United States, but his moral fervour towards Egypt and Syria led him to be the first to implement the embargo, in which Algeria, Iraq, Kuwait, the Emirates, and Qatar participated. It lasted from October 1973 to March 1974 and taught the supporters of the usurping Nazi-Zionist entity an unforgettable lesson. Today, under the rule of regimes whose leaders lack independence of decision-making, boldness and magnanimity, the only Arab peoples who are calling for imposing such a ban – are doing so on the streets – during protests!

Long Live Palestine!

Joint Leadership Statement of Unity: Issued by the Arab Socialist Action Party (Lebanon) & Popular Democratic Party! (19.10.2023)

Today, your minds and bodies are restrained by your Western governments which support the Zionist terrorism of Israel! They do this by confiscating your free conscience and your loud voice in the face of organized International Terrorism led by American imperialism – the Head of International Terrorism! The US influence besieges the headquarters of your governments and Parliaments! Oppose this US tyranny by raising the flags of Palestine in villages, towns and cities! Fly the Palestinian flag from balconies and let your voices sing-out in support of Palestine! The battle of the Palestinian people is a solid pillar in the battle to liberate humanity from fascism, Nazism, US hegemony, organized plunder, racial discrimination, and all the US and Isreali wars of extermination against humanity!

Socialist Organisational Structures in Napoleon’s Elite ‘Imperial Guard’ [Garde Imperiale]! (6.9.2023)

In the UK, Oliver Cromwell’s ‘New Model Army’ possessed such structures (abolished after the so-called ‘Restoration’ of a Constitutional Monarchy in the UK) – as did the Soviet Red Army. Today, the Armed Fotces of Cuba, China, Vietnam, Laos and North Korea possess ‘People’s Armies’ all possessing a strict discipline which is coupled with egalitarian bodies where all constituent members are considered ‘equal’! The British Regiments of Foot which took on and finally defeated the ‘Imperial Guard’ at the (1815) Battle of Waterloo – picked-up the bearskin hats worn by the ‘Grande Armee’ – and after removing the regimental name plates, insignia and symbols of rank, were granted permission by the British government to wear these garments as part of their parade uniforms.

London (Green Park): Canada Memorial (WWI & WWII) – Memorial du Canada! (25.8.2023)

This sculptured memorial is constructed of red granite which forms a ‘walkway’ divided into two distinct halves. One half represents Britain whilst the other half represents Canada and the two country’s joint participation in WWI and WWII. The inclined sculpture is inset with 506 bronze maple leaves (the Canadian emblem) and the country’s coat of arms. Water flows across the sloping surface and creates an illusion of floating leaves. Situated to the rear of the Canada Memorial is Buckingham Palaces,
