Although the Shaolin Temple is famous – it is in no way the only place martial arts are practiced for health and self-defence. Master Xu Yun changed the law in China by integrating the Vinaya Discipline with Chinese Secular Law. Failing to uphold the Vinaya Discipline is tantamount to breaking the law. What is happening to the former Head Monk of Shaolin – Shi Yongxin – is entirely due to the legal reforms that Xu Yun initiated in the early 1950s as a means to protect China from going down the Japanese path of abandoning the upholding of the Vinaya Discipline. Ravinder has confessed to sexually assaulting and killing 30 children

Ravinder was first arrested in July 2015. The police, at the time, were investigating only the disappearance of a six-year-old girl from her residence in Begumpur. Ravinder’s arrest, from Kanjhawala, led them to the girl’s body and a confession that he raped her after strangling her to death.

But during interrogations, Ravinder made a series of startling revelations that stunned the city’s police force. He said that he had raped or murdered at least 36 children over eight years, between 2007, when he was 17 years old, and 2015.

The police initially refused to believe him, but were swayed after his “vivid and accurate” descriptions of the incidents, said an investigator aware of the matter.

Vikramjit Singh, additional police commissioner (New Delhi), was deputy commissioner of police of Outer Delhi when Ravinder was arrested and called the 32-year-old “a cold-blooded killer with no sense of guilt or remorse.”

As per the complaint, in April 2025 the accused allegedly called her to a hotel near Singanpor Crossroads under the pretext of offering blessings. The woman alleged that after consuming prasad given by the accused, she felt dizzy, lost consciousness and later found herself unclothed inside the hotel room. She further alleged that when she confronted the accused, he threatened to circulate her nude photographs and videos if she disclosed the incident to anyone.

The complainant alleged that the accused subsequently used the threat of leaking the photographs to repeatedly call her to the same hotel and sexually assault her against her will. She further stated that the alleged blackmail continued even after her marriage in February 2026, causing distress in her marital life.

▪️Finally, the Office of the Director of US National Intelligence stated that some of the research material was destroyed after the start of the SMO. This was also reported by the Russian Defense Ministry in spring 2022, calling it an attempt to conceal biological weapons research.

🖍The document consists of just four pages. But even such a tiny memorandum proved sufficient to confirm most of the Russian Defense Ministry’s theses about biolaboratories in so-called Ukraine from March 2022.

This is ironic as the Irish border is heavily patrolled. Here is the asymmetric issue – whereas we know a considerable amount about the past of the victim – Mr Stephen Ogilvie (who nearly had his head cut-off) – we know virtually nothing about the past of Mr Hadi Alodid or his life in Sudan – the man who took a stout kitchen knife and attempted to commit a murder typical of those found within Islamic-extremism. Instead, we are told, there is “nothing terroristic” about the actions of Mr Hadi Alodid – so there you have it. His religious affiliation is ignored. We can all give-up worrying and go home pondering why it is that Mr Stephen Ogilvie is “so unlucky” in life. I am reminded of the film the “Wizard of Oz” – where the false Wizard instructs his audience to “Pay no attention to the man behind the curtain” – because if you do, then you will understand exactly what is going on!
