In May 1947, September 3rd became a working day, although no one formally cancelled the holiday. And on December 23rd, May 9th also became a working day (the day off was moved to January 1st). And until 1965, there were no big celebrations on the occasion of the two days of victory in the USSR: everything was limited to fireworks and unofficial celebrations. When in 1965 – the year of the 20th Anniversary of the Victory – the country celebrated this holiday on a nationwide scale for the first time after the Great Patriotic War, they no longer remembered the second day of the Victory (Over Japan). It found itself in the shadow of the Victory Over Germany, although formally on May 9th all Veterans were honoured: both those who fought in the West and those who fought in the Far East. And over time, May 9th began to personify the Soviet Victory in World War II in general, and almost no one remembered the September date. And if, nevertheless, there was talk about Victory Over Japan, then only September 2nd was mentioned – as the day of Japanese Surrender.

Remembering the Mighty Soviet Red Army of Peasants and Workers on May 9th – as the “Immortal Regiment” Marches On! (9.5.2024)

A very dear friend of mine forwarded the above video – taken in the City of “Chisinau” – the capital of Moldova! This is the May 9th Victory March of the Immortal Regiment comprised of those who fought, died, were wounded or survived the terrible war against fascism during the 1930s and 1940s! Of course, this war was led by the massive USSR in the East and tiny Great Britain in the West! The British are Celts and do not give-up with a fight. What we lack in size of country we make for in strength of fighting spirit! The unelected Tory Dictatorship we currently have tyrannising the British people (and the world) at the moment are far from being Celts – and are linked quite clearly to Tory and Indian BJP fascism!

Russia: State Duma Votes to Re-Instate Soviet “Victory Over Militaristic Japan Day”! (9.5.2024)

There were two Victory Days in the Soviet Union: May 9th – Victory Day Over Nazi Germany and September 3rd – Victory Day Over Imperial Japan. And there were two victory medals – on one the profile of Joseph Stalin was facing West, on the other – to the East.

Contrary to the claims of Japanese (US-inspired) propaganda, the USSR in 1945 merely “attacked Japan” – but the reality is that the Red Army liberated the territories of China and Korea Occupied by the Japanese Army, as well as taking South Sakhalin and the Kuril Islands that had previously belonged to the Russian Empire. A Soviet, like a Russian, soldier never set foot on the territory of Japan proper. Therefore, the war of the Soviet Union on the side of the Allied Powers against Militaristic Japan, which unleashed the bloody Second World War together with Nazi Germany – was certainly fair.

Like most of the British media, the BBC (like the Guardian and the Qatari-owned Al Jazeera) – continuously misrepresents the non-White and non-capitalist world! Every so often, however, the sheer weight of these contradictions of this misreporting takes its toll – and the occasional “true” story penetrates this barrier of falsehood. Below, is yet another “White” (Zionist) racially-motivated act of aggression aimed at Black people currently being used as “paid-slaves” in that part of stolen Palestine currently termed “Israel”! The BBC, like all those other hypocrites, are afraid following the International Court of Justice (ICJ) judgement declaring Zionist Israel is “Guilty” of “Plausible Genocide”!

Salute to Sophie Scholl and her Comrades – who were brutally guillotined by Hitler! Salute to the 800,000 men and women murdered by Adolf Hitler’s regime within Germany (1933-1945)! Salute to the Viet Minh – which fought and died throughout Indochina – fighting the Imperial Japanese – only to be betrayed by Winston Churchill in 1945! By the time this portrayal played itself out in 1975 – 6 million Vietnamese men, women and children would lie deeds or wounded following their successful battles with the Imperialist French and US! Salute to the Korean people who fought Imperial Japan – and US aggression in Korea (1950-1953)! Salute to Chinese People’s Volunteer Army that displayed its true “Internationalist” Spirit in Korea! The Juggernaut of Nazi German, Imperial Japanese, and US fascism was stopped in Asia!

Russia: Putin’s 5th Term – US & UK Aggression Leads to Deployment of Tactical Nuclear Weapons! (8.5.2024)

In his address, Putin did not directly mention the special military operation in Ukraine. Some Western countries boycotted the inauguration ceremony in light of the Russia-Ukraine conflict. The United States and the United Kingdom were among those that refused to send their diplomats to the event.

Russia’s relations with the US and its allies are at their lowest point since the Cuban missile crisis of 1962, when the world came to the brink of a nuclear war.

The West has provided Ukraine with artillery, tanks and long-range missiles, but NATO troops have not joined the conflict directly, something that both Putin and US President Joe Biden have warned could lead to World War III.

Noting the rise in nuclear tensions, Russia said on Monday it would practice the deployment of tactical nuclear weapons as part of its military exercise, following what it said were threats from the UK and the US.
