Of course, both camps have started highly lucrative money-raising campaigns amounting to hundreds of thousands of dollars. Although Eatherly says he was released on bail – news reports state that he might still be in gaol. Who knows? What happens is that the State isolates the accused completely from the outside world so that they are at the mercy of the State apparatus. I suspect the far-right support network takes over all the posting on behalf of Eatherly – so what we see is part-true and part-manipulation. Eatherly is a construction worker from Tennessee who seems to style his appearance after that of a dashing Confederate Officer – as the British press used to report in the 1860s. He decided to livestream his racial antagonism of African-American and broadcasting their anger at being abused. He then sold t-shirts and hoodies with the words “Chimping-Out” printed upon them. He was then sacked from his employment for being racist. He then went self-employed for a time – but claims he is a victim of “BLM” violence and terrorism in that no one will employ him. He is known throughout te far-right as “Chud the Builder” – I suppose a type of malignant “Bob the Builder”! I have forwarded an article and a post made in Dalton’s name from his Telegram Channel.

Contrary to decades of precedent, Republican state officials in at least 15 states contend that private individuals and groups do not have the right to sue to enforce Section 2 because they are not explicitly named in the landmark law’s text. Only the head of the Justice Department, they argue, can bring this kind of lawsuit.

The issue is at the heart of a North Dakota legislative redistricting case that was brought by two tribal nations. A federal appeals court ruled against the Native American voters, and the case may be up for a full review soon at the Supreme Court. The justices may also be preparing to take up a broader question about the constitutionality of Section 2 protections, based on an order last week for legal briefs in a Louisiana congressional redistricting case originally filed by Black voters.

asmine said that the two teens had no connection to Bell Mountain, which is located 90 miles north of their home in a series of posts shared on Facebook.

She also said on Facebook that the gas station where they were seen the night before their deaths was located just a few minutes away from their home.

“We are not going to sweep this case up under the rug, we want to know the truth of what happened to Qaadir and Naazir so our family can have closure. It is so many unanswered questions that keeps us up at night,” Yasmine said earlier this month on Facebook.

The older sister of the two brothers is also rejecting the initial assertion from authorities about their deaths.

“They were a bright light on some of my darkest days and were some of my biggest supporters,” wrote Kairee Powell on Facebook.

She and other family members have now created the hashtag “#JusticeForQaadirAndNaazir” to raise awareness.

“Unfortunately Something happened at Bell mountain that ended the lives of 19 year old Qaadir and Naazir, which needs to be further investigated,” Yasmine said of the deaths.

Indeed, many of his aunts and uncles were White people who had inter-married with Black, Mexican, and Native American partners. Indeed, whilst serving in the US Army prior to the war – P. G. T. Beauregard – his advancement was blighted by the fact that the US Military Authorities purposely discriminated against him on the grounds that he was “Not Trustworthy” – as he was the product of a family that deliberately “Race-Mixed”. This judgement kept him out of West Point as a Teacher (he had trained there in his youth – but was not permitted to pursue a substantive career in that institute) – until he was mistakenly posted as an “Instructor” at this College of Officer-Training in the US during 1861 (just prior to the breakout of hostilities). His appointment lasted just one-day until the mistake was realised by a Union pen-pusher. P. G. T. Beauregard was immediately removed on the grounds that the US does not allow any but “pure-raced” individuals exercising direct influence over the developing generations of US Military Officers. Indeed, the US Authorities applied this judgement by continuously referring to P. G. T. Beauregard as a “Creole” – implying that he was psychologically and physically “inferior” due to “race-mixing”.

I am told that there are ample Food Banks in the area already giving food to primarily White people. However, as if the far-right distortion of Mykela “Keiko” Jackson’s great efforts is not fascist enough, the White so-called “Chaplain” (I doubt this designation) at the head of the protests is “Howard Dotson” – a rumoured Neo-Nazi – who has been to Ukraine a number of times to fight for the US-backed “Maidan” Neo-Nazi Junta (he describes the Neo-Nazi killing of Russian children as “saving Ukrainian children”)! Like many White Supremacists, and despite working as a school-bus driver (?) in the US, this lunatic is always pictured in US Army uniform when interviewed (Stolen Valour?). With the far-right being continuously linked to paedophilia throughout the world – I would have thought that driving a school bus would be the last profession that the State (and local parents) would allow!

Asians get in the way of this transition (as they generate money for themselves) and are mislabelled “White Adjacent” by African-Americans! Groups like Black Lives Matter (BLM) support this thinking and are therefore “Trotskyite” and not Marxist-Leninist. The Black bourgeoisie wants to disempower the White bourgeoisie and generate a re-balancing of a capitalist society. Genuine Socialists seek to seize the means of production and re-distribute the forces of production – thus freeing ALL people equally washing away the filth of capitalism (Black people used to support this aspiration). Black people want money in a capitalist society – but so does every other group which is made to live in such a terrible society. This woman has not grown as an individual and does not want to help people in a universal manner. She placed a Thai woman in gaol for 20-days because she thought she was trying to illegally bring her mother to the US – which is her right as a US citizen.
