3D Reproduction of Royston Cave - Royston Council

UK: The Bell-Shaped “Royston Cave”! (17.7.2026)

The analysis found that the short male costumes and the headdresses and hairstyles of the women both point to a time between 1360-90, and the Saint Christopher carving was dated to the same era. The report concluded that it was unlikely that any of the carvings were executed before about 1350 – a century after the Templars were active in Royston, and decades after their widespread suppression. What’s more, the carvings feature Christian iconography, lacking the symbolism typically associated with the Templars – depictions of the Holy Sepulchre and Al Aqsa Mosque in Jerusalem, for example, or of two knights riding one horse.

Although the Knights Templar were known for building round churches, the circular shape of the cave does not necessitate a Templar link either – the greatest proliferation of round churches is in Scandinavia, where no Templars ever set foot. Nor is the presence of Pagan symbols such as the sheela na gig particularly mysterious; the same image appears in medieval churches across Britain and Europe.

Why, then, the supposed Templar connection? Perhaps the things that make for a good story now also made for a good story in 1742. “The risk here is people have been wanting to tell stories since day one: ‘Come and see the Templar cave!’,” said Tobit Curteis, the conservator of the cave. “Just because someone made up a story 300 years ago, it doesn’t mean it was any more true back then than it would be now.”

Shroud of Turin: Latest “Science” Continues to Prove Cloth Not “Supernatural”! (2.4.2026)

Even the Catholic Church declared the Shroud of Turin “Fake” in the Middle Ages – but the modern Vatican likes to play the guessing-game in a dishonest attempt to convince rationally thinking people that the sky-spirit it a) generates and b) venerates – is objectively “real”. What else would you expect from an institution that openly and surreptitiously supports fascism and Nazism, etc? Indeed, the Catholic Church has spent far more of its resources on safely relocating Nazi German War Criminals “out of Europe” – than it has proving the Shroud to be literally real – this fact alone demonstrates the priorities of the Vatican. What does the latest “scientific” research tell us about Jesus? Fasten your seat-belts – it’s going to be an exhilarating ride. To date, the Church can confidently confirm the following about Jesus – the “Christ”.

Two Rectory Eagles Restored!

Sutton: St Nicholas Church – Where Stone Eagle’s Dare! (13.9.2025)

Why did a Sutton Town Planner come up with the idea of a) demolishing the Old Rectory (which should have been a listed building), and b) placing the Gate-Eagles on two-plinths jutting-out of Council Flat walls? Was this an example of Free Masonry gone mad – or madder than their usual schemes? I spent about 15-minutes talking with a local historian in St Nicholas Church, Sutton, during an exhibition of the stain-glassed window and various stones. He told me that the Rectory Gates were originally in West Street – but the eagles ended up on the main road situated on the exterior walls of the new Council Houses – now named “Beech Tree Place” – effectively around the corner in a different street.

Adrian the Monk - 2025

Report: Ghost Hunting in North Devon! (29.8.2025)

With most of the lights off by 11pm, I sat on my religious chair (the Church dates back to the 14th century – and so does the chair). I cleared my mind and immersed myself into the ancient nature of the stone-work. The stone was cool to the touch – I went bare-foot to ground myself – and felt the calm structure of the place. No fear, no deception, and nothing to worry about, Although I neither support or oppose theology – I sensed the spiritual feel that all the attendees developed and projected into rge physical structure of the place. In many places in the UK, the Christians deliberately built their Churches on already existing Pagan sites of ancient spirituality – with nothing to do with a Christian god. The mistake that Christians make is that their own mind creates the religion they believe in – but they mistakenly believe that their religion exists “outside” their heads, independent of the mind that generates it. The perception is inverted and the wrong way around.

Possibly the Narrowest Street in the World!

Exeter: Parliament Street – the Narrowest Street in the World! (2.8.2024)

However, in 1660 a counter-Revolution occurred that saw the Bourgeoisie retain their power – but switch their allegiance away from the peasants and workers and back in favour of the aristocracy and the royal family (although being careful to only reintroduce a Constitutional Monarchy with any real or actual power). Voting for the masses was abandoned – with voting only encouraged amongst the most wealthiest and influential of the post-Cromwellian middle class. I mention this as some have speculated that Parliament Street was renamed as such – as a slight against Cromwell – but I doubt this. Prior to the counter-Revolution of 1660 – Cromwell was very popular and was so powerful that anyone with sense would not dare risk their lives by doing something so stupid as altering a street name.

Email: Luling Iron Cross Fabrication! (27.4.2023)

My personal opinion is that as ‘Crosses’ were not yet being widely used within Palestine by Jewish-Christian, I see no reason to assume that a ‘Crusader-era’ Cross would a) exist during the 3rd century CE, or b) be transported to China as an ‘act of faith’ and ‘conversion’! All these (hideous) aspects of Christian belief would not infest the teachings of Christ for many centuries to come. As I have said elsewhere, even the 8th century (Nestorian) Christian (stone) monuments preserved within China do NOT possess a single example of a ‘Cross’!

The ‘Couplet’ was probably composed during the 14th century CE to placate and interest the ‘new’ Sun Wu Emperor – a peasant who had overthrown the (foreign) Yuan Dynasty and re-established Chinese rule of China! This Emperor apparently liked poetry and particularly favoured ‘Couplets’ – so perhaps an over-zealous Minister (who had heard of ‘Christianity’) decided to fabricate the ‘finding’ of a ‘Cross’ (also constructed during the 14th century) – which soon had to go ‘missing’ so as to prevent any serious investigation of the matter – and the entire fabrication being found out! Heads would have rolled!
