Sutton Guardian News Article: Local NHS Midwife – Gee Wyles – Awarded ‘999’ Cruise for Covid-19 Service! (15.7.2021)

The Sutton Gaudian Journalist has took my name off the finished article (as I am the ‘original author’) replacing it with her own – and has shortened the printed version, etc. This type of ‘dishonesty’ is common within the bourgeois press and something we genuine writers have to live with until a firmer (legal) control of the UK media becomes a reality. As I suspected something like this would happen – I published my ‘original’ article on this blog for all to see on the day that I submitted it for consideration to the local press. This is the equivalent of ‘posting it to myself’ to prove ‘Copyright’. Still, I am prepared to take this indignity for the story of Gee’s success (the ‘true’ subject of this article) to made known to a greater audience. Like ALL NHS Staff – she deserves far more publicity for the risks she takes and the lives she saves!

The Hypocrisy of Jacob Bronowski (1908-1974)

‘Of course, Karl Marx and Friedrich Engels in The Communist Manifesto did not cause the revolutions in Europe; but they gave them their voice. It was the voice of insurrection. A spate of disaffection ran through Europe against the Bourbons, the Habsburgs, and governments everywhere. Paris was in turmoil in February of 1848, and Vienna and Berlin followed.’

USSR: Exposing the ‘Myth’ of Soviet Excesses During WWII! (15.1.2025)

It strikes me that the type of US anti-intellectualism that has allowed the history of the USSR to be distorted in the way it has, is exactly the same inverted mind-set that voted the fascist Donald Trump into power, and concocted all kinds of racist, sexist and ablest policies that culminated in the fake ‘fixed’ election story – and the Trump inspired ‘White Supremacy’ march upon the Congress building situated in Washington DC! This type of utter stupidity is distinctly American – but it is not new. In the past decades its dictates were accepted without question – but we live in a very different world today. US anti-intellectualism is now under the microscope and the entire world now knows what it looks like!

Soviet History: The Embalming of Lenin’s Body – Fact and Fiction (1924)

He looked the part and put his money where his mouth was – which is an ironic observation for a Socialist great leader of humanity who had absolutely no interest in amassing of personal wealth (as is normal for his capitalist counter-parts). Part of the US-led demonisation of Joseph Stalin (for which there is no reliable objective evidence) exists to sully his good name amongst the working-class and turn their affections toward the traitor Leon Trotsky (a collaborator with fascism and supporter of the capitalist status quo). Modern Russia, today, as a bourgeois (capitalist) country now allows this typical of hypocritical debate prevalent in the West. This means that the ‘true’ (verifiable) narrative of Soviet history is presented alongside the false narratives of Trotskyism and US anti-intellectualism – as if the latter two categories are of ‘equal historical worth’ to the first (and only) ‘legitimate’ category. In other words, fact and fiction compete for influence and deliberate ‘lying’ is accepted as a legitimate means of historical interpretation and understanding. The point of this ‘process’ is to ‘disinform’ the masses and generate a ‘false’ impression about Soviet history. To remedy this, I have carefully read through and assessed a number of Russian-language texts – and translated the relevant extracts into reliable English.

Julian K Shchutskii - Юлиан K Шуцкий] (1897-1938)

USSR: The Curious Case of Julian K Shchutskii [Юлиан K Шуцкий] (1897-1938)! (3.10.2020)

After this, he transferred to the University from where he successfully graduated from the sinological faculty of General Studies in 1922. He had studied the spoken and written Chinese language (and Chinese literature) under Prof. VM Alekserev to such a high degree of attainment, that he was retained between 1922-1923 in the Scientific Research Institute. Czarist Russia participated in WWI as an ally of the British from 1914-1917 fighting Imperial Germany, during which time millions of Russian men were conscripted into a Russian army that suffered hundreds of thousands of casualties! Indeed, the Bolshevik Revolution ‘saved’ Julian Shchutskii from being conscripted into the military, and because of his obvious academic talent, the ‘new’ Revolutionary Russian State did not conscript him into the Red Army. He was allowed to pursue his studies in Petrograd fully supported and financed by the State. Between 1918-1921, Imperial Germany (and seven of her allies), and Great Britain (and thirteen of her allies including the United States) invaded Revolutionary Russia with the aim of killing Lenin and destroying the accomplishment of the Russian Revolution. Ironically, British and German troops fought side by side with a common anti-Socialist objective between March, 1918 and the defeat of Imperial Germany in November 1918 within Revolutionary Russia – whilst British and German troops continued to oppose and kill one another in the mud of France and Belgium. This Western (imperialist and capitalist) interference was finally defeated as a cogent force in 1922, with the ‘Union of Soviet Socialist Republics’ (USSR) being founded in late December, 1922.

Transcending Budhha

Early Buddhism: How the Buddha ‘Rejected’ the Treasure-Seekers!

Most lay-people, however, practice Buddhism whilst being married, having children and holding-down a job. Even so, and despite all the extra entanglements and barriers of commitment, the Buddha still stated that lay-people, if devoted to their practice, can still realise enlightenment, even though it is not an easy task. A male lay-follower of the Buddha is referred to as an ‘Upasaka’, and a female practitioner as an ‘Upasika’.  These two terms refer to ‘lay’ practitioners that sit near to the Buddha (or his monastics) and ‘listen’ carefully (and with respect) to the Dhamma instruction being explained. These ‘lay’ practitioners then go back to their homes and carefully recall (and record) the Dhamma lesson which they put into their daily practice. However, the crux of this article is about two other categories of ‘lay’ person explained by the Buddha in his Suttas, but which are not often mentioned within Western discourse. This means that the Buddha actually explained ‘six’ (6) categories of human-beings in his Suttas – with four referring to his followers – and two to ‘non-believers’. Who are these ‘non-believers’, and why did the Buddha bother to explain their presence?
