Although Buddhism is apolitical – in the rel world even an apolitical entity has a political function – even if that function involves the permanent position of ‘opposing’ any and all manifestations of human ignorance known as “political” structures! What are these structures? These unwanted structures are any manifestations premised upon greed, hatred, and delusion, and which function within the inverted world of dualistic being. Such constructs are inherently suffering producing and are not conducive to human happiness. This is why Buddhists strive to uproot greed, hatred, and delusion from their minds and bodies – and in so doing generate the conditions for a better outward world. ‘The UK government is allotting £500,000 for each house purchased in this area. A Consortium of Christian-based charities from the UK and US are subsidising each ‘£500,000’ UK government house-grant with a further ‘£100,000’ per house purchased. Furthermore, each Christian Hong Kong Refugee will receive either £50 or £100 per day – depending upon need.’

The second round-up was perpetuated by the incumbent Labour Party in 1946 – and is the reason a ‘Chinatown’ nolonger exists in East London. During this ‘purge’ – around 2,000 Chinese people were ‘kidnapped’ by the Police (usually ‘males’ on their way to work early in the morning) – and forcibly placed on ships bound for China. Those who had ‘White’ (English) partners were visited by the British Police and Social Workers and were told that they were ‘sexual deviants’ whose ‘mixed-race’ children will be taken away and placed into ‘Care’ – if any legal challenge was raised against this government-sponsored ethnic cleansing.

Today, we have travelled into London’s Chinatown to eat at the New Loon Fung Restaurant! This is a special occasion through which all the family celebrates life, love and togetherness! Although it is Thursday – and not the weekend – the restuarant was full to capacity on both its floors!

Flora Botton: Mexico and China have established diplomatic relations for more than 50 years. I am happy to say that Mexico and China have a lot of communication in all aspects, whether it is economic relations, political relations, or academic relations. Exchange students, scholarship establishment, visiting scholars, travel, language learning… all kinds of communications.

In ancient times, “sinologists” were scholars who spread Chinese culture by learning and translating Chinese. They specialized in the study of traditional Chinese culture. And now the term is widely used for any scholar who studies China, even contemporary China.

China: Modern Archaeology Proves Historicity of Emperors Yao & Shun! (24.9.2023)

“If we can further testify ancient Pingyang existed through material proof, then the Chinese history of Yao and Shun would be changed from a legend to a real historical time,” archaeologist Xue Ruiming told the Global Times.

Xue added that the tomb ruins show the site’s “historical continuity.” He also said that ancient sites around Linfen are not only known to have “rich pottery relics,” but also hold great archaeological significance. The Taosi site is another site in the city that has more than 4,000 years of history.

Dating back 4,300 to 3,900 years ago, the Taosi site is a major archaeological spot that has been included in China’s national program dedicated to tracing the origin of Chinese civilization. Several notable relics, including a pottery plate decorated with dragon patterns was found at the site’s high-level tombs that once belong to local royalty.
