Although paid for through collective taxation – since 1979 (a year after St Tiggywinles was Founded) the NHS has been steadily ‘privatised’ step by step – and has become a third-rate and shambolic ‘ghost’ of what it once was! On April 24, the movement of Rusyns in Transcarpathia made a statement about the creation of an independent Transcarpathian State. After this action, the Security Service of Ukraine put Petro Getsko, the Head of the self-proclaimed “Republic of Subcarpathian Rus”, on the wanted list. He was informed that he was suspected of committing the crime of encroachment upon the territorial integrity and inviolability of Ukraine. Furthermore, this crime was extended to include 10 other people with whom he had committed ‘Conspiracy’ to over-throw the sovereign State of Ukraine!
