He affirmed that dismantling the UN agency before achieving a political solution would be catastrophic.

The UNRWA Commissioner-General stressed that UNRWA is the major humanitarian organization that provides aid to the Gaza Strip, which has been experiencing serious humanitarian crises.

He said that more than 150 UNRWA facilities have been targeted since the beginning of the Israeli aggression. “And we know that some have been destroyed completely.”

He also demanded the opening of an independent investigation into the killing of hundreds of UNRWA staff members and the injury of thousands of others.

Historically, the U.S. and the West have planted and systematically grown poisonous mushroom called Israel in Palestine despite the fierce opposition of the Arab people, out of ulterior intention to maintain their domination over the Middle East region by fostering contradictions between Arabians and Jews.

It was none other than the U.S. and western countries that cooked up a brigandish decision on building a Arab state and a Jewish state by dividing Palestine at the Second Session of the UN General Assembly in November 1947 and that instigated the Zionists’ territorial expansion ambition by handing over a large number of weapons and equipment to them after the “founding” of the State of Israel.

Even when Israel brutally suppressed the just struggle of the Palestinian people while resorting to the expansion of Jewish settlements and the blockade of Gaza Strip, the U.S. and the West supported Israel, playing the role of blind and deaf mute.

Earlier today, two people were killed and others were wounded when Israeli fighter jets struck a house in the Al-Geneina neighbourhood, east of Rafah, south of the Gaza Strip.

Furthermore, at least 28 civilians also were killed and others were injured as a result of the ongoing Israeli shelling of the city of Khan Younis.

The death toll in the Gaza Strip since the start of the aggression on October 7 has claimed the lives of approximately 26, 000, with nearly 63,740 others injured, the majority of whom are women and children. Additionally, thousands of people are reported missing.

She clarified that South Africa submitted a request to the ICJ under the Genocide Convention, an agreement ratified by both Israel and South Africa. The judges called on Israel to take necessary measures to protect civilians and halt the destruction. The implementation of ICJ orders cannot occur without a ceasefire.

Pandor emphasized that a ceasefire is a fundamental condition for implementing the ICJ decision. “Israel cannot continue its crimes against Palestinian civilians without consequences,” she said.

Reading the court’s decision carefully, Pandor highlighted that these are direct orders and precautionary measures to prevent genocide. She stated, “We are not determining the essence of the accusation and the intention of genocide today, but we are dealing with the orders. This decision, due to the commission of genocide, will compel states that supported Israel to hold Israel accountable under international law.”

Believe it or not, a perfectly healthy Palestinian woman is forced (through Zionist activity) to have her entire womb permanently REMOVED in an attempt to save her life due to the deficient circumstances generated by the Zionist (“Genocidal”) activity! If the woman survives this process – then she will NEVER be able to have another child – thus fulfilling the Zionist plan of preventing the Palestinian people from reproducing (ethnic-cleansing).

When contacted by Tempo via short message, the Operations Manager of the Humanitarian Medical Emergency Rescue Committee (MER-C), Rima Manzanaris, said that his party was still looking for information regarding the attack. “That’s the information circulating. “Currently volunteers (at the Indonesian hospital in Gaza; ed) cannot be contacted,” said Rima on Friday November 10th 2023. Rima added that volunteers at the hospital could still be contacted at 21.00 WIB. “However, at 23.00 WIB we could no longer be contacted.” The Indonesian Hospital in Bayt Lahiya, North Gaza, Palestine, was built on 16,261 square metres of waqf land from Ismail Haniyeh. The social organization Medical Emergency Rescue Committee (MER-C) became the intermediary for the realization of this hospital!
