Exercising the usual far-right deficiency in thinking, Kate Fanning falsely assumed that the 2020 Open University policy of aligning itself with the BLM movement at the height of the George Floyd-inspired riots – was somehow a “personal” attack directed at herself. The UK Court begs to differ and the Judge clearly explained in his statement why Fanning’s interpretation is legally and lawfully “wrong” and “incorrect”. As Fanning is unable to self-censor or self-correct – she is cultivating a cult-like belief in her corrupt attitude amongst those who feel she is worth following. It is ironic as Fanning is studying for a degree in the very bourgeois legal system she is attempting to take-on, defeat, and transcend – all of which she has failed to achieve. Fanning fails to understand that White countries developed modern “racism” around 400-years ago (during colonial and imperialist expansion) – and that non-White people have been forced to react to this hideous ideology ever-since. White people can be victims of inverse racism (which lacks any genuine economic power to make it anything other than nasty words) – but White people are never “disempowered” and are always in control of the societies and economic system they invented (predatory capitalist) and control. Fanning tried to make her inverted misconception of reality a concrete fact by manipulating the Courts to agree with her inherent stupidity.
Shadow home secretary Chris Philp said they had failed to stop thousands of migrants crossing the Channel in small boats, accusing France of “taking no action whatsoever at sea and often ushering the illegal immigrants into UK waters”.
“Yet when a UK fishing vessel is in French waters all of a sudden they are magically able to act. If the French can now intercept boats then they should start stopping the boats with illegal immigrants – as international law obliges them to do.”
The UK and the EU have struck a deal that covers fishing, trade, defence, energy and strengthening ties in a number of policy areas still up for negotiation.
A key part of the deal involves giving European fishing boats a further 12 years of access to British waters in exchange for easing some trade frictions.
Critics from the Conservatives and Reform UK described the deal as a “surrender” to the EU, while the Liberal Democrats said the government had taken some “positive first steps” to rebuilding ties with Europe.

Residents were given just two days to object to the application – a dramatically shorter consultation window than normal – and campaigners say the newly approved certificate appears almost identical to the one ruled unlawful by the High Court just last week.
In its statement, Lambeth Council claimed the new certificate had been submitted “in a different context and format,” and insisted the current use of the park for summer events is now lawful.

When China gave its poorest citizens an inoculation for lung cancer – Trump (first time around) declared this “an example of the evil of Socialism!” The story below is of a 61-year old man who injured his back. There is no way the British NHS would finance this type of treatment. And herein lies the difference between UK capitalism and Chinese Socialism!
Of course, the deficient mind-set of Trump is informed using American-English and the anti-intellectualism that encourages. Imagine that – White racists are deemed “victims” of the toxic environment they helped to build in South Africa – then brought to America as conquering heroes! Mind you, the UK has been bringing-in (Neo-Nazi) Eastern Europeans and privileging then for years – punishing the impoverished (indigenous) population if it dares to complain or speak-out. Demonising the opposition – and preventing any countering answer – is the nature of the game today. If my leg is cut-off, its my fault for having two-legs in the first place – as I can always get about quite happily on one leg (NHS take note). This is the bizarre (superficial) world we now inhabit – where objective truth is whatever the powerful and the wilful mob decide it to be.
