Cuba: An International School for Health & Hope! (3.9.2026)

At the end of this academic year, Cuban universities delivered 30,185 new professionals to the country and the world. Engineers, architects, pedagogues, scientists, nurses, technologists… Young people who have sweated in the classrooms, who have studied with just the right resources, who have overcome fatigue and adversity to become what this country needs to move forward.

Among those 30,185 there are 735 young people from 62 countries. Students who came from all continents – Africa, Latin America, Asia, Europe – who shared desks with Cubans, who learned our language, our medicine, our solidarity, our way of understanding life as service. Who return to their lands with a degree and, also, with a way of seeing the world that is not taught in any manual.

And among them, two figures should make the blindest pause: 23 new Palestinian doctors.

Young people who will return to their land – a land that burns under bombs and rubble – not with weapons in their hands, but with stethoscopes around their necks. With the knowledge to save lives in the place in the world where it is most needed. With the ethics that Cuban medicine instills: first the human being, then everything else.

Russia – and the Soviet Union – gave the World Proletariat hope! When I was a child, I saw a TV programme which featured Lenin stood on an old cart saying that all exploitation, oppression, and injustices were now over!. I was around ten-years old at the time and yet it is a pivotal moment in my life. I think the BBC had put-out a series called the “People’s Century” – regarding the Socialist Revolutions of the 20th century. The BBC now hides this series as being too left-wing – but I will never forget it. Although the Soviet Revolution ultimately failed – and modern Russia is now capitalist – I still have a soft-spot i my heart for all things “Russians”. Russia is dialectically correct to fight Neo-Nazism in Ukraine – a disgusting ideology instilled by the odious Obama Administration! Well-done Russia – there are millions who love you around the world – and over a billuon in China! North Koreans have shed their blood for you. Please help Cuba if you can!

DPRK: UN High Commissioner for Human Rights Condemns the United States! (15.2.2026)

In January, the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights expressed concern about the intensifying inhumane treatment of migrants in the United States.

The UN High Commissioner for Human Rights said that the indiscriminate crackdown on migrants in the United States is undermining human dignity, and that he is shocked by the reality in the United States, where abuse and neglect of migrants have become a daily occurrence.

He warned that migrant policies should be implemented in full compliance with the law, and that failure to respect legal procedures risks undermining public trust and violating individual rights.

From what I have seen from the photographs and footage Western travellers have shown me – Master Zhao lives near the Great Wall of China – and always seems to take his guests to this wonderful location. The Zhao Family Home is situated near (or on the boundary with) the mountainous areas of rural Beijing. Daoist “neidan” practice, as well as Taijiquan, is often practiced in these beautiful environs. Of course, Daoist practice is both “easy” and “difficult”. However, if a curious person is interested in Daoist practice, a good place to start is by reading the Dao De Jing (Tao Te Ching) – or “Way Virtue Class”. This may be coupled with the practice of any form of Taijiquan (or internal martial arts – such as Bagua Zhang/Quan or Xinyi-Xingyi), etc. Much progress can be made in a foundational manner until more specific instruction can be gained from a qualified Daoist Master.

DPRK: Socialist State Stands-Up to Trump Fascism! (18.2.2025)

Explicitly speaking once again, to the DPRK nukes represent peace and sovereignty and a means for legitimate self-defence entrusted by its Constitution as long as there exists the hostile threat from the U.S. and its vassal forces.

If the U.S. continues to resort to the ineffective means of pressure against the DPRK, failing to face up to the reality, the DPRK will continue to take a new opportunity for the upward coordination of its strategic force and hold further favorable position in the DPRK-U.S. conflicting structure.

The DPRK will as ever consistently adhere to the new line of bolstering up the nuclear force clarified by the head of state and thoroughly control the threat and blackmail of the U.S. and its vassal forces violating the former’s sovereignty and security interests, by making use of all its own political and military tools, and perfectly attain its strategic goal.

DPRK: Criteria of Thinking and Practice of Officials! (27.11.2024)

Saying that all consumer goods are directly related to the people’s living, he added that to fully supply quality consumer goods is not merely an economic and technical affair but an important matter of valuing and defending our own things and demonstrating the advantages of our social system.

He stressed the need for industrial establishments to put production on a normal footing and steadily improve the quality of products so that the people can benefit from them, not content with the production and display of samples.

His instructions clearly indicate the criteria of thinking and practice of officials who are directly responsible for improving the people’s standard of living.
