Things looked good for India – a country that desperately needed Socialism – but whose population was still mired in a pre-modern religiosity. Even today, following decades of being granted free money and aid from the West – only 10% of Indian’s population is literate – whilst 90% still lives in a state of abject poverty! China’s commitment to Korea meant that conditions were not yet right to liberate Southern Tibet from its Indian invaders during 1951. This campaign would have to wait until 1962 – when Mao Zedong had had enough of Indian arrogance and ignorance – and ordered the PLA into action. Chinese Volunteer Army Attacks US Troops!

DPRK: US, UK, France, Germany, New Zealand & Australia – “Illegally” Deploy Military Assests in Korean Waters! (13.5.2024)

Meanwhile, such allies of the U.S. as Germany, France and New Zealand have also dispatched their warships and warplanes to the Asia-Pacific region including the waters around the Korean peninsula one after another this year, encroaching upon the security interests of regional countries and escalating the military tension in the region.

In particular, an Australian warship, dispatched to the waters around the Korean peninsula, let a military helicopter go into action and threaten the maritime and air security of a surrounding country, thus creating possibility of a dangerous armed conflict.

Such military intervention, conducted by the above-said countries under the pretext of implementing the so-called UNSC “resolution” and abiding by international laws, is contrary to the purpose and principle of the UN Charter with sovereign equality and non-interference as its core and poses a visible threat to peace and security in the Korean peninsula and the Asia-Pacific region as a whole.

Of course, the Western monastic traditions can possess similar parallels – but this should negate the history or purpose of slavish-types of religion. Conventional religion is not the answer – as invariably this developed within a primitive tribal and/or feudalistic environment. Traditionally, conventional religion was designed to maintain a certain hierarchy and status quo with no change from generation to generation. However, once the means of production have changed hands and religion has been transformed into a Revolutionary vehicle – then certain aspect of religious practice might be useful for freeing the working class from oppression!

DPRK: Respected Comrade Kim Jong Un Sends Congratulatory Message to Syrian President! (21.4.2024)

The respected Comrade Kim Jong Un in the message extended warm congratulations to the Syrian president and, through him, to the government and people of Syria on the occasion of the 78th anniversary of its independence on behalf of the government and people of the DPRK.

After the independence, the Syrian people have achieved many successes in the struggle to defend the sovereignty and dignity of the country and achieve socio-economic changes, resolutely standing against the ceaseless moves of all hostile forces for aggression and intervention, the message said.

Expressing the belief that the traditional relations of friendship and cooperation between the two countries would grow stronger, the message extended invariable support and encouragement to the just cause of the government and people of Syria for defending the sovereignty, peace and security of the country. The evermore pronounced anti-DPRK “human rights” racket by the hostile forces brings into bolder relief the uneasiness and defeat mentality and moral inferiority of the U.S., driven into a tight corner in the political and military confrontation with the DPRK, and only redoubles our people’s will to fight against the U.S. and the enemies.

Taking this opportunity, I again express strong concern about the fact that the UN human rights bodies to contribute to protecting and promoting the global human rights through ensuring respect and cooperation among states on the basis of the principle of the UN Charter have been abused as a tool of the U.S. and the Western camp for realizing their sinister political purposes.
