Members of the Lutuginsky District Committee of the Communist Party of the Lugansk People’s Republic (LNR), handed veterans, disabled people, and people on low incomes living in the Lutuginsky district, Humanitarian Aid collected by the Communist Party of te Russian Federation: including potatoes, stew, cereals, and pasta.
