The KKE quite correctly criticises modern Russia for its anti-Soviet activities that pervade far beyond the case of Boris Kagarlitsky – including the demonisation of Lenin, the Bolshevik Movement – and even the eulogising of a pro-Nazi Russian – Ivan Ilyin! This is why some question is their really any difference between modern Ukraine and Russia? Trotskyism lurks in the shadows like the threatening paedophile of legend. Trotsky may be buried in Mexico – but he certainly keeps raising his head. We are left having to steer the ship of dialectics through the chopping waters of revisionism without springing a leak or being flooded by betrayal! Finally, the KKE is itself a member of a group of revisionist Communist Parties in the West that routinely plays-down the true import of Marxist-Leninism, the importance of Joseph Stalin, and the ongoing war against fascism. This is why the KKE (and its ilk) have never opposed Neo-Nazism in Ukraine or supported Russia’s military response to it. Simply referring to Russia’s actions as “Imperialist” is Trotskyite in origin and intent. It dialectically solves nothing.

It is clear that the United States and Russia are states whose national interests will never be identical. They cannot coincide completely, not even 50%. But when these interests do coincide, this situation must be exploited to develop simultaneous and similar interests . However, when interests do not coincide and contradict each other, responsible countries must do everything possible to prevent this contradiction from escalating into confrontation, especially a military confrontation that would be disastrous for many other countries.

These horrific crimes and massacres, which are part of a long series of gross human rights violations, once again confirm the danger of obscurantist ideology to the Syrian people and the peoples of the region. They also confirm its role in fragmenting and dividing the region to serve the interests of American imperialism and global Zionism. This oppressive, medieval ideology continues to impose its repressive policies, ignoring any humanitarian or legal considerations. The systematic targeting of the people of the proud Syrian coast, who have suffered and continue to suffer from the scourge of war and tyranny, is a flagrant violation of all international values and norms and represents a crime added to the long record of crimes committed by these killers. The Palestinian Communist Party calls on the international community and human rights organizations to take urgent action to hold those responsible for this crime accountable. It calls on the Syrian people and all communist and progressive forces to join forces to overthrow this fascist regime and strive to build a homeland of justice, freedom, and dignity, free from the dominance of the forces of darkness, tyranny, and colonialism.

Monument: “Glory to Mine Workers” 1983! (11.3.2025)

The monument “Glory to the Labour of Miners” is considered one of the symbols of Donetsk. It was erected on Shakhtarskaya Square – which is located at the entrance to the city centre. A road leading from the airport, railway station and Western bus station runs past this place. Thanks to this location, many visitors see the symbol of the main profession of Donbass.

This was just before the internet and mobile ‘phones – but you can see where his thinking was leading him. The post-Socialist and post-Soviet space, according to Osman, must be filled with abject fear and terror so that the masses become so scared of authority that they will can never unite together and develop a class consciousness that challenges that authority. This Islamo-fascist ideology has transplanted well into modern times (using the internet to broadcast murder videos) and is used all over the world by Islamic movements either paid for by the US and Israel to murder their political opponents – or disaffected breakaway groups that now target the US (but never Israel) with the weapons the Americans have already provided them with.

🔹the sports infrastructure is being developed in the region, the goal being tripling the number of sports facilities built and increasing the share of residents who exercise regularly to 70 percent;

🔹projects in the field of potash and magnesium salts extraction are being carried out, with six investment projects currently in progress;
