Nauru: World’s Smallest “Republic” Abandons Taiwan and Embraces “One-China” [Again]! (15.1.2024)

Nauru’s President David Adeang will deliver a statement in this regard at the next parliament sitting, and a national address on local television and radio channels, the post said.

China appreciates and welcomes the decision of the government of the Republic of Nauru to recognize the one-China principle, break the so-called diplomatic ties with Taiwan, and to reestablish diplomatic ties with China, a Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesperson said on Monday.

China stands ready to work with Nauru to open new chapters of bilateral relations on the basis of the one-China principle, said the spokesperson.

Nauru is an island country in the central Pacific, with a land area of 21.1 square kilometers and a population of about 13,000.

This is despite 41 million Soviet men, women and children being killed and murdered by the Nazi Germans between 1941-1945! Furthermore, in the Western Ukraine area, the war against Catholic Ukrainian fascists led by non-surrendered Nazi Germany Officers lasted between 1945-1947 – and was fought by the extraordinary young men and women of the NKVD Special Forces. The Soviet Red Army had earlier traversed through the area (on its way to Berlin) – finding caches of US and UK-made weaponry and ammunition in the possession of liquidated Ukrainian Nazis. Joseph Stalin took the opinion that the Nazi Germans may well have captured these supplies and passed them on to their Catholic allies in the USSR – but others were less charitable. My own view is that the Zionists were agitating in the USSR during the late 1940s and early 1950s – and got away with it due to Stalin’s unfortunate passing and the rise to power of the Trotskyite coward – Nikita Khrushchev!

Dr Meyer called for a return of Palestine to Palestinians and a return of Judaism to the ethics of “do unto others.” We stand on the history of Jewish participation in struggles for our collective liberation. We stand with the right of Palestinians to their collective self-defence. We stand against genocide, whether the genocide that killed many of our families, or the genocide we are witnessing. The majority of the world is against this genocide. Internationally, many are showing up and protesting, calling out the US, UK, and EU, who are backing Israel’s genocidal plan with their arms, propaganda, and censorship. We stand with the majority. No genocide in our name. We say never again for anyone. We invite other Jews of Conscience to join us in demanding an immediate end to the escalating genocide in Palestine.

These Israeli men and women receive the best military training available in the world (often in the US and UK), carry the most advanced and destructive weaponry, receive the best food and pay, and when injured – receive the most advanced medical care! When IDF Veterans retire, they receive ample financial rewards with many joining right-wing and fascist fighting forces outside Israel – such as the Neo-Nazi Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU)! The Palestinian freedom fighters have nowhere to go as they fight, die, and exist in the very earth from which their people have historically emerged! Surely, the Neo-Nazi Zionist invaders will be defeated, and the progressive Palestinian Cause will prevail!

As a pro-West, anti-communist and anti-China, highly conceited, and elitist party, the Civic Party took the wrong path from the beginning, Lau Siu-kai, a consultant from the Chinese Association of Hong Kong and Macao Studies who is also a senior policy advisor, told the Global Times on Sunday.

Radical forces increasingly hijacked it and gradually turned it against the central government and local residents in Hong Kong. They misjudged the situation and believed that the central government would yield to the opposition as well as pressure from the US and the West, thus pushing themselves into a dead end, Lau said.
