GAZA, April 7, 2025 (WAFA) — At least 10 civilians, including journalists, were killed and others injured early Monday morning in Israeli airstrikes on various areas of the Gaza Strip.

Local sources reported that Israeli warplanes bombed a journalists’ tent near Nasser Medical Complex Hospital in Khan Yunis, killing journalist Hilmi al-Faqawi and Yousef al-Khazindar. Journalists Ahmed Mansour, Hassan Islayh, Ahmed al-Agha, Mohammed Fayeq, Abdullah al-Attar, Ihab al-Bardini, Mahmoud Awad, Majed Qudaih, and Ali Islayh were injured, some seriously.

The sources added that the Israeli occupation bombed two houses west of Deir al-Balah in the central Gaza Strip, killing two citizens and wounding others.

WAFA correspondent said that Israeli drones targeted a group of citizens on Wadi al-Arayes Street in the al-Zeitoun neighborhood south of Gaza City, killing three citizens: Ghassan Bassam al-Anqar, Awad Jamal al-Harazin, and Saeed Ashour Daghmash.

He added that the occupation also bombed Masoud Street in the Al-Jurn area north of Gaza City, killing Abdul Karim Akram Muqbil. Two citizens were also killed and others wounded in the occupation’s bombing of Jabalia al-Balad, north of the Gaza Strip.

Millions of Americans live with acute and chronic pain every day of their lives – blaming themselves for having no money or not being able to afford the relevant treatment. Americans die of starvation surrounded by food, Americans die of exposure surrounded by clothing and housing, Americans die of ignorance surrounded by educational institutes, and Americans die of medical neglect surrounded by hospitals and medical clinics. Although the US is a very rich country and possesses every single element needed for a continued and sustained good-life – perhaps two-thirds of the US population is excluded from this wealth through poverty. This poverty is a product of the inherent injustice and inequality inherent within the US capitalist system. One-third of the US population leads a parasitic (privileged) existence – living-off the labour and surplus profit earned by the other (impoverished) two-thirds.

What the Turkish Communist Party is being subjected to is part of a reactionary, obscurantist approach aimed at crushing the labour movement and the struggling revolutionary forces, and perpetuating the dominance of capital and reactionary forces at the expense of the rights and dignity of the people. Nowhere is it taught in the US or modern Russia that the USSR was an important ally of the UK and the US between 1941-1945 – or that the Nazi Germans and their Catholic alleys inflicted around 40 million casualties (killed and wounded) in the USSR! These Soviet men, women, and children were mass-murdered by Germans, Italians, Spanish, Irish, Finnish, Polish, Romanian, Hungarian, Bulgarian, Latvian, Lithuanian, Estonia, French, Belgians, Dutch, Norse, Danish, and Slovakian invaders (many far-right “volunteers” from already conquered or supposedly “neutral countries like Eire) – with entire cadres of Catholic priests accompany various of these units to ensure “spiritual strength” between the massacres. After the war, not a single Catholic priest stood trial – whilst the Vatican assisted in the escape of tens of thousands of Nazi War Criminals to Central and South America.

These are material facts. Of course, Zionist Israel is a “racialised” project of “White Supremacy” – as confirmed by the 1975 UN ruling. More than half of historical Palestine has been usurped by White (Zionist) invaders from Europe (and elsewhere) – and the US is facilitating the Israeli invasion of the remaining area still occupied by the indigenous (Palestinian) population. Of course, the vassal States of the UK and EU also meekly empower this Zionist invasion and destruction of indigenous life in Palestine. Of course, as the political left is dead in the water, no group (or collection of groups) has come forward in opposition of the US and in support of South Africa. This can only be construed as the latent anti-Black racism on the left coming into play. It is the Trotskyites who pursue this double-edged sword – preventing appropriate action on the one-hand, whilst encouraging inappropriate responses on the other. The left has been fatally holed beneath the waterline and is taking in water.
