The study, published in Nature, introduced a three-dimensional optical fibre gripper that can manipulate opaque particles, irregular micromechanical components and diverse single-cell types. By controlling light input, the microgripper can open, close and adjust its gripping force. Experiments showed it can generate forces more than 100,000 times greater than conventional optical tweezers, enabling high-precision manipulation, microstructure assembly and microscale sampling.

As matters stand, the Chud has a public defender (the equivalent of legal aid in the UK) – who is poorly trained and acting “freely” – despite the far-right raising hundreds of thousands of dollars. Shades of the murderer Karmelo Anthony and his family who raised over a million dollars from the Black community and immediately brought a new home and a car – whilst having no money left to pay a competent lawyer. There is no cure for being stupid – left or right.
Although I have read about this in Western sources, and I assume it to be true, I have never found any evidence (as yet) in the Soviet Archives. I am, however, assured that these events did take place. The camera angle for the Harpo clip is incredibly limited – as if the camera-operator was not permitted to film anyone else – or the original clip has been edited. I suppose at the time the Soviets were suspicious of the US intentions. After-all, Roosevelt was forced to pass a disclosure law in 1940 which saw the Communist Party of the US “withdraw” from the “Third Communist International” – a huge blow to World Communism at the time and a major contributing factor to the Third International being dissolved in 1943 (as half the world was trying to destroy the USSR at the time). I find it interesting that the Marx family was good friends with Charlie Chaplain – which might give you a hint of their political leanings (the US government expelled Charlie Chaplain and stole $20 million of his own money in 1952 – because he was far-left – and a personal friend of Ho Chi Minh).
On a slightly different note, there was an English man called “Stephen Bachelor” who travelled to South Korea and joined a Buddhist monastic order. Indeed, I believe he eventually met the woman who would become his wife – at the time a Buddhist “nun”. Upon returning to the UK he established a Buddhist College in Devon – but as the years went by he started to describe himself as an “atheist” who do not believe in any form of religion or mysticism. He even banned Buddha statues from his meditation rooms – and when my teacher – Richard Hunn – was invited to teach, he also banned all incense. Of course, Buddhism is not a religion with the Buddha being described as “non-theist” (he said gods only seem to exist until believers realise they are non-existent). Yes – monotheism was unknown in the Buddha’s time – so it is interesting to consider what exactly it was that Mr Bachelor was reacting to? Did he think Buddhism was a religion – and the Buddha a god? Is this what they were teaching in South Korea?
The ICJP also sent photographs of brochures and leaflets advertising property in illegal settlements from Sunday’s event to London’s Metropolitan Police.

The Metropolitan Police are not investigating the event, MEE understands.
The government said last week it would “explicitly advise businesses against economic and financial activity in illegal settlements”.
MEE has attempted to reach the real estate event’s organisers for comment.
The Edgware United Synagogue has also been contacted for comment about the event but has not responded.
Organisers denied last week in comments to Jewish News that the event would feature land for sale in the occupied West Bank, saying: “All exhibitors, without exception, will provide information about properties and projects within the Green Line.
“We believe that these ridiculous allegations are motivated by anti-Israeli and terrorist supporters, seeking only excuses to attack Jews in general and the State of Israel in particular.”
The expulsion of the three Palestinian villages in the Latrun area – Imwas, Bayt Nuba, and Yalo – with their 8,000 residents, was one of the most prominent expulsions during the war. So too was the destruction of the villages immediately afterward and the establishment of Canada Park by the Jewish National Fund in 1971.
The villages were captured without resistance on the second day of the war, and hours later, residents were ordered to evacuate to Ramallah. Israel claimed that a significant portion of the structures in the villages were destroyed during the battles that took place there. This was a false claim.
Ze’ev Bloch, a Six-Day War veteran and a former member of Kibbutz Nahshon, located near the three expelled villages, told Akevot Institute researchers that “no one leaves their home willingly. There’s no debate about that. Certainly, certainly they were expelled. War. There are those who expel them, there are those who leave, there are those who survive, and there are those who die.”
