The Day of the Unknown Soldier was established by the Presidential decree in 2014. The choice of date is symbolic: on 3 December 1966 the remains of an unidentified soldier who perished in the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945 were reinterred in the Alexander Garden beside the Kremlin wall. On 8 May 1967 the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier was unveiled and the Eternal Flame was lit on the site, which became one of Russia’s central places of wartime remembrance.
Even after taking into account all the anti-worker policies perpetuated by the bourgeoisie – I have got to say that many in this new generation are nothing but selfish, self-hating, pampered, and self-indulgent scum. Yes – the scum of the earth – but without the balls ever to do anything to rectify the mess they represent. There is no equivalent of the French Foreign Legion for these deficients – because its “foreign” – and they do not like foreign things. This degenerate scum could not discipline themselves even if their lives depended upon it. There’s no point conscripting these morons as they would weaken any national army. These degenerates would simply look messy when they fall down in a disorganised heap – blaming everyone else for the problems they themselves are creating.
After 1948 – this ethnic Korean movement was assisted by Socialist China. When the US caused the war of 1950-1953 – the USSR provided the Red Airforce to guard the skies over North Korea and Soviet Technicians to aid the mechanical development of the North Korean military. Meanwhile, Socialist China organised millions of “Chinese People Volunteers” (CPV) who comprised the Land Forces of the “Internationalist” effort to free North (and South) Korea from US domination. The fact that the CPV had very little modern or advanced military equipment – and yet still achieved significant victories – is remarkable. Through sheer will-power the CPV (together with the North Korean Forces) inflicted endless defeats and reversals upon the US (and UN) Forces.
Most of the far-right are hyper-individualistic and thoroughly anarchic in their attitude and activities (these individuals are the true terrorists). Anarchists are usually pro-fascist and very rarely support any form of anti-fascist protest. Indeed, genuine anti-fascist movements are just as likely to oppose Anarchist as they are far-right movements and activities. It is clear that neither Trump (nor his Advisers) understand exactly what “Antifa” is – and how they can ban it. Just as the US declared war on the abstract concept of “Terrorism” – he has declared war (sort of) on the abstract concept of “Antifa”. This will be interesting when Special Police Units target terrorists in the US – as they will be applying an anti-fascist ideology. Trump might have to arrest his own Police if the law is to followed. It is the usual ahistorical and anti-intellectual nonsense we are used to coming out of the US.
As the war intensified, young and able-bodied Japanese men from the “pioneering groups” were continuously drafted into military service. By August 1945, the Japanese Kwantung Army, realizing that defeat was inevitable, chose to conceal the situation and secretly retreated, abandoning the remaining elderly, weak, sick, and women and children of the “pioneering groups” at the front lines of the war. Members of the “pioneering groups” fled in panic, and some chose to commit suicide, while many children were left behind in China, becoming orphans and being raised by kind-hearted Chinese people.
In Moscow, Harry Puyi learned to dress himself, hold his own penis when urinating, and clean himself whilst defecating. Puyi also learned to feed himself, and make his own bed – whilst helping others as an ordinary person. In his spare-time, Puyi studied Marxist-Leninism and Maoism. Meanwhile, Stalin handed the entirety of Manchuria to Mao Zedong and the Communists – together with all the Japanese industrial machinery and captured munitions and weaponry. This boost gave the Chinese Communist the impetus they needed to finally defeat the US-backed Nationalists (who were just as fascistic as the Imperial Japanese) and liberate the whole of China. When the Trotskyite – Khrushchev – betrayed Stalin in 1956, the Sino-Soviet Split developed (Mao stayed loyal to Stalin) and the Soviet contribution to the Chinese Revolution was pushed into the background and discussed less openly in public. It is ironic that it is a capitalist Russia which has been pushed closer to a Socialist China – and that it has become expedient for both sides to brush-off elements of their shared history for mutual political benefit. Until recently, many young Chinese people were not taught that the Soviets had any part in their eventual liberation. As Marx said – history often repeats itself twice…
