UK: £416.19 Victory for Disabled People – High Court Ruling Declared DWP’s Benefit Reforms Unfair & Illegal! (4.4.2025)

The DWP claimed the changes were designed to “support” disabled people into work. However, there was no evidence that the reforms would actually improve employment outcomes. In fact, internal assessments suggested the opposite: more disabled people facing tougher conditions, sanctions, and loss of income.

This contradiction was a central part of the court’s ruling. Public Law Project lawyer Aoife O’Reilly called the decision a “vindication,” noting that public consultations must reflect reality—not political spin.

Backlash and Response

Disability rights organizations, legal experts, and even civil service unions welcomed the court’s judgment. Groups such as Inclusion London and the UK DDPO CRPD Monitoring Coalition are now urging the government to drop the reforms and restart the process—with disabled people at the table.

Indeed, it has taken those people who possess a particular strength of mind to resist this institutional brain-washing and hold to their anti-fascist guns! If a Ukrainian is left-wing – then fine – but I have yet to meet any. When it comes down to it, Anderson is a coward who fought for Neo-Nazism – sand then “lied” to his captors after threatening to “kill them” when his entire squad had been wiped-out. He is lucky that he met Russian soldiers who were willing to take him prisoner after he dared to invade their country!

Wherever the US chooses to spread NATO – religiosity will soon follow. Working in tandem – the capitalist West (led by the US) and the Vatican wishes to dominate and destroy the freedom of humanity. A great many of the one-million casualties that Ukraine has suffered are devout Catholic adherents following the dictates of the Vatican. But what of the Church of Ukraine I hear you ask? This is a fake construct concocted by the Vatican to separate the Ukrainian Orthodox followers from their Russian Church. It is all lies that has produced rotting bones in the cold soil of Ukraine. Dying for Western imperialism and the Catholic Church is not a good or noble way of going-out.

He added that the police raid apparently interrupted a counselling session and a life drawing class – “although fortunately they didn’t see the model”.

Youth Demand described the arrests as “an unprecedented level of police repression”.

‘Democracy has got to have some upsides’

The arrests led to an outcry, with former Downing Street director of communications Guto Harri telling Sunday Morning With Trevor Philips: “Democracy has got to have some upsides, and one of the upsides is that the police don’t come crashing through your door just because you say something that upsets someone.”

When Home Secretary Yvette Cooper was asked about it by Trevor Philips, she said: “We have a long tradition, not just of free speech, but of freedom of assembly.”

She added, however, that the police have operational independence and “the police need to operate independently from the home secretary”.

I expect this behaviour from New Labour and the Met Police – after-all – the Met Police is applying the laws enacted by the UK government. Zionist Israel is a fascist country opposed by many Jews around the world. Opposing fascism and genocide is both a moral and legal requirement. Israel has been murdering Palestinians since 1948 with support of the capitalist West – with only the USSR and Communist Bloc (but not China) opposing the Zionists by breaking-off diplomatic relations. Modern Russia has very good relations with Israel and whilst fighting IDF volunteers serving in the Neo-Nazi Armed Forces of Ukraine – says “nothing” to rock the boat. The so-called “cease fire” has seen Israel continue to murder Palestinian men, women, and children with impunity – proving the 1975 UN Resolution that Zionism truly is a form of “White Supremacy”.

The Constitutional Court has refused Afriforum's bid for leave to appeal the "Kill the boer" judgment which found that the chant did not constitute Hate Speech.

Being out of date is not the same as being “illegal”. Whilst the English were being killed by the Nazi Germans – they comprised songs of defiance as their bodies were being blown apart. Black South Africans, whilst living within the Apartheid-era, were oppressed, beaten, raped, and killed over an extended period of time by Boer nationalists who held all the political power at the time. Whilst Boer bullets and bombs tore apart Black bodies – the indigenous African population composed songs of defiance as a means to “resist” the racially motivated attacks of their Boer enemies. The government of the Netherlands, by way of observation, has never condemned the behaviour of its Dutch citizens who travelled to Africa and invaded it.
