Xi urged efforts to optimize top-level design for military theory innovations, improve the model of relevant research and enhance the application of military theory, thus providing scientific support and guidance for elevating the country’s armed forces to world-class standards more quickly.

Xi’s important instruction was conveyed and studied at the meeting. Zhang Youxia, a member of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and vice chairman of the CMC, attended the meeting and delivered a speech.

It was the United States, of course, under the guidance of President Harry Truman that dropped two atomic bombs on Japan – a non-White nation – at the end of WWII when it was obvious that Japan as a nation possessed little or no further threat as a warring nation. How ironic it is that Zionist Israel has now taken on the mantle of “Neo-Nazism” – and been found “Guilty” by the International Criminal Court (ICC) and International Court of Justice (ICJ) for “War Crimes”, “Crimes Against Humanity” and the further crime of “Genocide” against the Palestinian people.

The DPRK will respond everytime with a massive and powerful force that will overwhelm. This is the DPRK way of pursuing a self-defence war – which involves even a pre-emptive attack at any time if the enemies attempt to use military force against the DPRK.

This more clearly shows the U.S. true colours as the chief criminal of nuclear proliferation, mastermind of nuclear arms race and chieftain of nuclear war outbreak.

All the facts go to prove that the DPRK’s efforts for bolstering up the nuclear war deterrence are an indispensable contribution to resolutely frustrating the U.S. and its allies’ undisguised provocations on a worldwide scale and maintaining the strategic balance and stability of the world.

The international community should heighten vigilance against the U.S. criminal moves for deploying its nuclear weapons in other countries and more bitterly condemn them as they are driving the whole world closer into the threshold of a nuclear war.
