According to the official information provided by the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation the Russian forces on April 13, 2025, have carried out a strike by two “Iskander” missiles against the location of the meeting of the Ukrainian “Seversk” Task Force commanders with their Western military “advisers”. The target has been successfully hit. The Ministry noted that Russian forces never target civilian population or sites and emphasized that Kiev continues, in contravention to the International humanitarian law, to use civilians as human shield by carrying out military actions in the midst of the densely populated areas.

We suggest that the West, whose military directly guides Kiev’s constant attacks against Russian people in the Donetsk, Lugansk, Kherson, Zaporozhye, Kursk, Belgorod, Bryansk regions and elsewhere in Russia, will be better off by using their moral fervor to stop this criminal activity. As to the Tánaiste’s point about “seeking peace” we believe that the Irish government along with its EU partners has long ago lost any credibility in the context of the political settlement in Ukraine by supporting proxy war against Russia.

By the end of 2019, all 628,000 registered impoverished people in the region had been lifted out of poverty. In 2024, the per capita net income of those lifted out of poverty in Xizang increased by over 12.5 percent.

The average life expectancy in the region rose from 68.17 years in 2010 to 72.19 years in 2020. The medical and health service network has now achieved full coverage across the region.

The region’s road length had nearly doubled in 12 years and every town or township is covered by the 5G wireless network, with 2.14 million 5G mobile phone users.

Moreover, the cultural rights of all the ethnic groups in Xizang remain protected. For example, the Tibetan language is widely used in publishing, media, and daily life. By the end of 2024, Xizang had 17 periodicals and 11 newspapers in the Tibetan language and had published 46.85 million copies of 8,794 Tibetan-language books.

I expect this behaviour from New Labour and the Met Police – after-all – the Met Police is applying the laws enacted by the UK government. Zionist Israel is a fascist country opposed by many Jews around the world. Opposing fascism and genocide is both a moral and legal requirement. Israel has been murdering Palestinians since 1948 with support of the capitalist West – with only the USSR and Communist Bloc (but not China) opposing the Zionists by breaking-off diplomatic relations. Modern Russia has very good relations with Israel and whilst fighting IDF volunteers serving in the Neo-Nazi Armed Forces of Ukraine – says “nothing” to rock the boat. The so-called “cease fire” has seen Israel continue to murder Palestinian men, women, and children with impunity – proving the 1975 UN Resolution that Zionism truly is a form of “White Supremacy”.

The department’s fourth misleading statement came as it claimed – again in a footnote – that 70 per cent of the increase in the number of disabled people receiving the health element of universal credit and ESA in the past five years “was not expected by the Department”.

But it failed to mention the impact of the pandemic, with research by the respected Institute of Fiscal Studies (IFS) – published the previous day – finding that “mental health has worsened since the pandemic”, which was “consistent with rising disability benefit claims for mental health”.

The IFS report found that “deaths of despair” – those attributed to alcohol, drugs and suicide – rose by 24 per cent in England and Wales in 2023, compared with the 2015-19 pre-pandemic average.

Factors such as media coverage with a strong critical narrative of Russia, the massive arrival of Ukrainian refugees – Spain granted temporary protection to some 210,000 citizens between 2022 and 2024 – and the activity of Ukrainian nationalist organisations have influenced this context. In addition, statements by some Spanish officials have stoked the controversy. In June 2022, for example, the mayor of Madrid, José Luis Martínez-Almeida, in a conversation with some pranksters, supported the need to “punish Russian bastards”, according to media reports.

China: Internet Search-Engine Algorithm to Ensure Workers’ Rights! (26.11.2024)

The statement emphasized the need to improve technical means to detect and identify fake accounts and malicious ranking manipulations, strictly regulating illegal activities that exploit ranking rules to manipulate lists and hype topics.

Besides content and information distribution, the campaign also focuses on the rights of workers and consumers involved in internet services.

The commission’s statement highlighted the need to prevent internet platforms from blindly pursuing profits at the expense of workers providing services.

The number of those workers surpassed 84 million in China as of 2023, according to the All-China Federation of Trade Unions. This group of workers includes food delivery riders, ride-hailing drivers and couriers.

Among them, there are 13 million food delivery riders. In recent years, these riders have often violated traffic rules to deliver food as quickly as possible, due to the requirement by food delivery platforms to deliver orders within a specified time, or face wage deductions.

The statement stressed the importance of preventing platforms from excessively reducing delivery times, which leads to more frequent delivery delays, traffic violations and accidents.
