China: 81st Anniversary Commemorated of Victory Against Japanese Aggression! (4.9.2026)

When at school in the UK during the 1970s – we were falsely informed that there was something “special” about the Japanese (our former enemy) and this is why its economy was rapidly growing (we were also told to practice Japanese martial arts – aggessive arts used against our soldiers during WWII). All lies and manipulation. Japan was given free US money so that its oppressed people would not resort to a Socialist path. The US still pays for Japan to operate a completely “free” healthcare system – and for the same reason. The war in China lasted between 1931-1945 – with the US openly assisting the ruling Nationalist China from 1941 onwards. From 1928 onwards – the US assisted the Nationalists behind the scenes to attack the Communist Forces (which were supported by the USSR) wherever they formed in the Chinese hinterland. During 1941-1945 there was a loose truce between between the Communists and Nationalists – when US pilots volunteered (the “Flying Tigers”) to assist the Nationalist Forces. As the Americans and the Nationalists could not defeat the Imperial Japanese – the US requested that the Soviet Red Army enter into China and take-on the invader. The Soviet Red Army took around three–weeks to completely over-run and destroy the Imperial Japanese Forces in Manchuria. The Soviets then handed this vast liberated area over to the Communists – together with all the captured arms and industry. This was a pivotal boost to the Communist cause – with Mao Zedong then inflicting one defeat after another on the US-backed Nationalist Forces. This resulted in the US supporting the Nationalist invasion of Taiwan – an atrocity that many know nothing about.

China: Remembering the Imperial Japanese “Mukden Concentration Camp” [Auschwitz of the East]! (4.12.2025)

I was talking with an academic collegaue in North-East China who asked me to research Russian language sources covering the Imperial Japanese POW Camp established at Mukden. Below is some basic data – but I know Red Aemy soldiers were dissected alive and used in all kinds of experiments. These Allied POWs were transferred to the Japanese after being captured by the Nazi Germans in the USSR between 1941-1944 (the Soviet Red Army liberated the area during late 1945). After the war – we in the UK were not told about this war crime – despite the USSR being our loyal Ally. Japan got away with it due to the US colonising a defeated Japan and using it a fascistic bulwark against a Socialist China. This is where prisoners from all backgrounds – the Chinese suffered terribly – were “Reversed Punched” [Gyaku Zuki] to death (by Japanese Karate practitioners) – whilst tied to posts. As a means to side-line Chinese culture in the West – the US then spread Karate all over Europe and the Americas – as if it were a good thing.

Russia: Japan “Warned” About Re-Arming Okinawa [Ryukyu] for US! (28.11.2025)

“Through diplomatic channels, including the delivery of a relevant note by the Ministry, we have issued a stern warning to Japan that the deployment of U.S.-made medium-range missiles on its relevant territory is unacceptable, regardless of the pretext, whether on a permanent, temporary, or other basis,” she noted.

Meanwhile, the spokesperson urged the Japanese government led by Prime Minister Sanae Takaichi to “return to the foundations on which Japan’s post-war peaceful development is built.”

“These foundations are enshrined in the outcomes of World War II — foundations that, unfortunately, as we are once again compelled to note, have not yet been fully acknowledged by Japan,” she said.

Japan: Memorial Museum for Agricultural Emigrants to Manchuria Passes on War History to Young People! (19.9.2025)

As the war intensified, young and able-bodied Japanese men from the “pioneering groups” were continuously drafted into military service. By August 1945, the Japanese Kwantung Army, realizing that defeat was inevitable, chose to conceal the situation and secretly retreated, abandoning the remaining elderly, weak, sick, and women and children of the “pioneering groups” at the front lines of the war. Members of the “pioneering groups” fled in panic, and some chose to commit suicide, while many children were left behind in China, becoming orphans and being raised by kind-hearted Chinese people.

The year 2025 marks the 80th anniversary of the victory of the Chinese People's War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression, the Soviet Union's Great Patriotic War, and the World Anti-Fascist War. Russian WWII veteran Viktor Krivashov

How the Red Army Liberated China – a 100-Year Old Soviet Veteran – Viktor Krivashov – Remembers! (31.8.2025)

In Moscow, Harry Puyi learned to dress himself, hold his own penis when urinating, and clean himself whilst defecating. Puyi also learned to feed himself, and make his own bed – whilst helping others as an ordinary person. In his spare-time, Puyi studied Marxist-Leninism and Maoism. When he finally returned to his homeland – he could understand exactly what was happening – and why it had happened. He gave-up his four wives and endless concubines and settled-down with a businesswomen as a wife whilst he earned a living as a common gardener. Meanwhile, Stalin handed the entirety of Manchuria to Mao Zedong and the Communists – together with all the Japanese industrial machinery and captured munitions and weaponry. This boost gave the Chinese Communist the impetus they needed to finally defeat the US-backed Nationalists (who were just as fascistic as the Imperial Japanese) and liberate the whole of China. When the Trotskyite – Khrushchev – betrayed Stalin in 1956, the Sino-Soviet Split developed (Mao stayed loyal to Stalin) and the Soviet contribution to the Chinese Revolution was pushed into the background and discussed less openly in public. It is ironic that it is a capitalist Russia which has been pushed closer to a Socialist China – and that it has become expedient for both sides to brush-off elements of their shared history for mutual political benefit. Until recently, many young Chinese people were not taught that the Soviets had any part in their eventual liberation. As Marx said – history often repeats itself twice…

China: Lurch to Right Paints Japan as “Victim” of WWII! (17.8.2025)

Earlier this month, Hiroshima and Nagasaki held their annual atomic bombing commemorations. From Ishiba to local officials and citizens, speeches focused overwhelmingly on Japan’s suffering under nuclear attack, with little mention of Japan’s wartime aggression abroad. In Nagasaki, residents interviewed stressed the horrors of the bombings but rarely acknowledged Japan’s role as an aggressor.

The emphasis has shifted public perception. An NHK poll found only 35 percent of Japanese now see the war as one of aggression, compared with 52 percent in a 1994 survey.

In contrast, 67 percent of respondents said they “still cannot forgive” the atomic bombings, up 18 percentage points from a decade ago.
