DPRK: Only Way to Settlement of Middle East Crisis Lies in Termination of Double Standards of US and West! (8.2.2024)

Historically, the U.S. and the West have planted and systematically grown poisonous mushroom called Israel in Palestine despite the fierce opposition of the Arab people, out of ulterior intention to maintain their domination over the Middle East region by fostering contradictions between Arabians and Jews.

It was none other than the U.S. and western countries that cooked up a brigandish decision on building a Arab state and a Jewish state by dividing Palestine at the Second Session of the UN General Assembly in November 1947 and that instigated the Zionists’ territorial expansion ambition by handing over a large number of weapons and equipment to them after the “founding” of the State of Israel.

Even when Israel brutally suppressed the just struggle of the Palestinian people while resorting to the expansion of Jewish settlements and the blockade of Gaza Strip, the U.S. and the West supported Israel, playing the role of blind and deaf mute.

ISM: Urgent Call from Palestinian Prisoner Families! (8.2.2024)

Palestinian prisoners held by Israel have experienced brutal beatings, strip searches, threats of sexual assaults, denial of freedom to worship, pray and recite the Qur’an, deprivation of medical care, overcrowding, the reduction of already poor nutrition meals, starvation, the cutting of water and electricity, denial of warm clothes, and the deprivation of visits from family members, legal representatives, and humanitarian groups. Gaza prisoners face all these in addition to continuous torture where other prisoners hear their heart breaking screaming day and night. Some prisoners are missing and it is unknown if they are even still alive.

“While the world focuses on 136 Israelis held in Gaza they ignore 7,000 Palestinians held and abused by Israel. This discrimination is a grave injustice.” The ISM is passing the call of the families to you: “For all the free people, be the light of the prisoners’ darkness and their loud voice in all forums, they are addressing your consciences from the borders and edges of death.”

Prof. David Miller was sacked from his Bristol University post due to the pressure of a local Zionist group during 2019. These fascists played the usual trick of conflating ‘anti-Zionism’ with ‘anti-Semitism! This British Court ruling confirms that every British citizen possesses the ‘right’ in law to hold (or not hold) anti-Zionist viewpoints (which have been a legitimate part of anti-fascist campaigning for decades). I suspect the Interim Ruling of the International Court of Justice – which has indicated Israel is committing ‘Genocide’ in Palestine – has had a certain judicial influence on this verdict!

The Political Bureau affirmed that our people, and alongside them the Resistance Forces, are fighting the battle of the Arab Nation in the face of the forces of colonialism and aggression that seek to liquidate the existence of our people and their cause, after the October 7th Operation exposed their inability and fragility, and exposed the falsity of the myths of its army and its security techniques, which fell in the face of the courage, will, planning and heroism of the Resistance. The Political Bureau affirmed that 120 days after the start of the Zionist aggression against our people, the Zionist enemy has not succeeded in achieving any of its goals, despite its brutal crimes and its practice of genocide and comprehensive and systematic destruction of all components of life, and despite the horrific conditions that our people are experiencing, and their suffering. Palestine: Over 800 US, UK & EU Civil Servants Demand End of Support for Israel! (4.2.2024)

The officials say they privately expressed concerns about human rights abuses by Israel to leaders of their governments and institutions but have been ignored.

“Our governments’ current policies weaken their moral standing and undermine their ability to stand up for freedom, justice and human rights globally,” the statement says.

“There is a plausible risk that our governments’ policies are contributing to grave violations of international humanitarian law, war crimes and even ethnic cleansing or genocide.”

The signatories called on their governments to “stop asserting to the public that there is a strategic and defensible rationale behind the Israeli operation and that supporting it is in our countries’ interests.”
