York Watergate - 1626 - Victoria Embankment!

The gate was originally the private riverside entrance to York House, a grand 17th-century mansion owned by the Duke of Buckingham. Think of it as a luxurious mooring point at the bottom of the duke’s garden.

York House itself stood on the Strand, which name literally means ‘shore of the river,’ and was considered one of the finest residences in London. At the time, much of the south side of the Strand was lined with palaces boasting direct access to the Thames.

That all changed with the construction of the Thames Embankment between 1864 and 1870, led by visionary engineer Sir Joseph Bazalgette. The massive project reclaimed land from the river and shifted the shoreline dramatically forward.

You can find a memorial honouring Sir Joseph Bazalgette just a couple of minutes away from Embankment Gardens, by the Thames. He designed the Victoria, Albert and Chelsea Embankments, reclaiming a strip of land in front of Somerset House and York Watergate.

The Watergate was almost lost during this transformation – plans were even drawn up to move it to nearby Whitehall Gardens. But in the end, it was simply abandoned where it stood, left behind as a relic of a river that had retreated.

The Neo-Nazi Trump is doing everything in his power to placate the Zionist monster and its Neo-Nazi (Genocidal) mission in Occupied Palestine! Ordinary Jews, who live all over the world, should be doing more to show their opposition to Israeli war crimes and US fascism and prove they are on the right-side of history. Albert Einstein stated that the Zionism practiced in Israel was “fascism” – and that he would not be a part of the oppression of non-White people simply because a far-right group of White Jews want their land! Worldwide Jews must oppose the fsr-right government of Israel and help the rest of us resist and change this government – which was declared “White Supremacist” by a 1975 UN Resolution!

The Political Bureau affirmed that our people, and alongside them the Resistance Forces, are fighting the battle of the Arab Nation in the face of the forces of colonialism and aggression that seek to liquidate the existence of our people and their cause, after the October 7th Operation exposed their inability and fragility, and exposed the falsity of the myths of its army and its security techniques, which fell in the face of the courage, will, planning and heroism of the Resistance. Its brave fighters.

The Political Bureau affirmed that 120 days after the start of the Zionist aggression against our people, the Zionist enemy has not succeeded in achieving any of its goals, despite its brutal crimes and its practice of genocide and comprehensive and systematic destruction of all components of life, and despite the horrific conditions that our people are experiencing, and their suffering. The catastrophic humanitarian and health crisis for the displaced, especially in the Northern and Gaza Governorates, where they are exposed to the risk of starvation and death in light of the cold and harsh climate.

The Zionist propagandists were once saying that 1,400 Israelis died in the Hamas counter-attack on October 7th, 2023, then this number was reduced to 1,200, whilst today the number stands at just over 600! Most, if not all of this number represent serving members of the IDF – and as armed invaders of a foreign country – are legitimate targets for Palestine’s legal right to defend itself. The ‘White’ Bourgeoisie likes to exaggerate the numbers of its own dead to generate sympathy and moral outrage as a way of manipulating the media it controls. Take the September 11th attacks in 2001, as first we were told that 10,000 people had died – only to find that this number has plummeted in recent years so that the victim-tally currently stands at just under 3,000 (in fact ‘2,998’) – with even this number being disputed! The important point is that most people only remember the ’10,000’ number – and on this lie the US launched world-wide wars on the Middle East that have massacred millions on a racist grudge! There is even a little bit of comical farce to these proceedings – as of the alleged 19 bombers (all Egyptian and Saudi) – at least ‘9’ are still known to be alive!

This type of IDF abuse – which includes paedophilia, rape and murder – happens in in Mosques and other places considered ‘holy’ to Muslim people all the time. The IDF often protects ‘White’ Zionist Settlers who head out into land owned by Palestinians when they feel like expanding Israeli territory free of charge. A tactic the Zionists learned from the Nazi Germans, no doubt, who stole land in exactly the same manner from Jews, the Disabled, Romany, Communists, Homosexuals and a myriad of other victims! It is interesting to observe the paramilitary power structures that protect IDF criminality in operation.

Palestine possesses no official or professional military – whilst the Zionist State possesses Nuclear Weapons and the most advanced Regular Army trained and armed by the United States and its allies. As confirmed by the UN in 1975 – Zionism is a form of “White Supremacism” developed and practiced by middle-class, secular Jews (developed in Germany during the 1880s). This explains why it is that the Israelis allow two to three times the number of Palestinians to be released for a much smaller number of “White” Israelis. The Zionist State views its citizens as being “racially” and “spiritually” superior to all other ethnic groups and races around the world.
