The “Fiscal Year 2023 Budget Justification for Department of State, Foreign Operations, and Related Programmess” said Washington’s foreign aid is a key tool in strategic competition, with the Department of State and the U.S. Agency for International Development using the “Countering Chinese Influence Fund” and the “Countering Russian Influence Fund” to support various plans, the report said.
The real objective of the accusations is to check China’s peaceful development by engaging it in conflicts, said Zamir Ahmed Awan, founding chair of Global Silk Route Research Alliance and a nonresident fellow at the Beijing-based Center for China and Globalization.
“However, they cannot do it alone. That’s why the U.S. and the UK are ganging up against China and making alliances with many countries to drag them in an anti-China campaign.

Chen said authorities in Australia and New Zealand should evaluate their relationships with China in the long run, rather than blindly following U.S. actions to spread disinformation. “As Sino-Australian and Sino-New Zealand ties are on the rise, it is important for the two countries to take more responsible measures to collaborate with China.”
Awan said, “The world is fed up with U.S. hegemony and already many countries have expressed their serious concerns.”
In his work Gramsci talked of taking over already existing Bourgeois establishments and ‘transforming’ them from within. In this method, Gramsci seemed to be advocating that an outright external (disruptive) Revolution was not required in the material world – only through a slow but continuous process of internal ‘gutting’ which sees the Bourgeois innards fully extracted and replaced with Proletariat equivalents! He said that faced with a complex international situation, the world is rapidly moving toward multipolarity, economic globalization is progressing against headwinds, unilateral actions are unsustainable, and hegemonism is not popular. As permanent members of the UN Security Council, China and Russia bear important responsibilities for promoting global development and progress. Due to US lies and deception – the BBC is pumping-out pro-Ukrainian propaganda whilst British armaments are being used by Ukrainian military units flying Nazi Germany swastika flags and Amazon is selling the Ukrainian ‘SS’ tridents through its online stores! The misrepresentation about what is happening in Ukraine (and throughout Eastern Europe) is abhorrent and disgusting in much the same way as Hitler ‘normalised’ the Holocaust and the mass murder of ethnic minorities! The US (and its mindless militarism) is the biggest threat to peace in the world and the UK and Europe – dominated as the region is by the US-controlled EU – has failed to stand-up to the Americans and politically put this terrible country in its place!
China does seem to align itself with the climate change agenda – but this might only be rhetorical. Yes – China advocates looking after the environment – but this is not the same as the climate change agenda which seeks to destroy culture to achieve its end. China’s culture is ‘developing’ – but is not being simultaneously destroyed to justify a bourgeois (Western) notion. This is not the same as the current climate change battle – as this appears to be faith-based and involves a Judeo-Christian ‘guilt’ aimed at being ‘Western’ and ‘Industrialised’ – but it is a form of what looks like ‘self-hate’ – as it is entirely of our own making!
