Conveyance Title - 71 Mount Pleasant Road, Brixhan

Brixham: Framed 1920 Conveyance Deed – Kai-Lin Helped Me Read It! (3.4.2026)

Today, such people are “preserved” as a “right” – as their presence helps us understand our own human history (the Celts – my ethnicity – used to strip naked, get drunk, and cover themselves in shit before a battle). But I digress. In the bedroom our two daughters are occupying – the above legal document has been “framed” and hung on the wall for all to see and admire. Indeed, until, this morning, none of us had actually noticed it. In 2026, this second-floor building (“71a” is beneath us) is termed “Rock Hopper” – and this is the name used in all the advertising literature. The back yard is a narrow strip of land – but I suspect that “71” and “71a” were originally one and the same dwelling. The steep rock-face at the end of the garden turns-out to be the edges of an old quarry – whatever that was used for – probably prior to these houses being built on a steep and narrow hill (incline).

Zhao Xuejun - foreign spy!

China: Foreign Use of Spy-Satellites Thwarted! (25.10.2024)

In recent years, state security bodies worked with relevant departments to handle cases in which foreign spies tried to steal secrets in China’s space sector, effectively suppressing foreign intelligence agencies’ espionage attempts, the ministry said.

State security departments will continue to use concrete measures to safeguard China’s rights, security and interests in space, it added.

Information previously published by the ministry shows that the space sector is a focal point for Western intelligence agencies that spy on China. Their agents target scientists, designers and technicians working for State-owned contractors and have turned a handful of employees into traitors, including a senior missile designer who was exposed in 2007.

The latest spy case involving China’s space industry that has been made public was disclosed in April 2023.

Zhao Xuejun, a researcher at a State-owned institute, was approached by foreign spies while he was studying overseas and then was recruited. After returning to China, he continued to work for the foreign intelligence organization and delivered a large number of classified documents.

New Evidence - Unit 731!

China: Unit 731 – New Evidence Proves War Crimes of Japanese Germ-Warfare! (5.5.2024)

The document also recorded that four members aged 15 to 21 were sent to a Harbin-based medical university in the puppet “Manchukuo” for three years of “medical training” as military family students.”This is key information showing the joint training of young soldiers by the Japanese military, government and medical institutions, and once again proves that the implementation of human experiments and germ warfare was a top-down, organized, premeditated, and systematic group crime of Japanese militarism,” said Jin Chengmin, curator of the exhibition hall.Unit 731 was a top-secret biological and chemical warfare research base established in Harbin as the nerve center for Japanese biological warfare in China and Southeast Asia during World War II.At least 3,000 people were used in human experiments by Unit 731, while more than 300,000 people in China were killed by Japan’s biological weapons.

Genius of Alexis Godillot: A History of the French Attaché (and English “Brief”) Case – and Why Shoes Fit on the “Left” & “Right” Foot! (29.10.2023)

The original article (reproduced here and referenced below) states:

‘In 1826, Godillot had another bright idea – developing a lightweight case with a hinged iron frame and a carpet covering. He had conceived it as being ideal for hunting and fishing – since these activities required lots of equipment but were too rugged for traditional trunks.’

As Alexis Godillot was born in 1816 – it is unlikely that he would have invented the Attaché Case in 1826 aged just “10-years old”! In fact, evidence suggests that Alexis Godillot invented the Attaché Case around 1843 – when Godillot was aged around 27-years old. The problem with this history is that sources state that Godillot founded a luggage firm (with his son) in 1843 – but if this was the case – his son could not have been older than 9-10-years old! What follows is essentially an informative advertisement – which I do NOT endorse. It is merely a convenient (but flawed) vehicle that conveys the fascinating history of the French inventor – Alexis Godillot! ACW (29.10.2023)
