One tactic the Local Councils use to assist the tyranny of private land-lords is to have disputed properties declared “unfit for habitation” – and begin eviction and/or demolition procedures. Once tenants (or even “Owners”) are out of the properties – quite often the Local Council hands back the property to the Landlord and STOP all punitive action – as if the condemned buildings have suddenly repaired themselves! I know this because it happened to my parents – who live in Torquay. The rule of law only matters when the Local Authorities want us to do something – the rule of law is quietly ignored when it clashes with the corrupt will of the rich!

Another 35-year-old paralyzed patient underwent surgery in December 2023 and can control cursor movements with his mind after two months rehabilitation.

The implantable device, called Neural Electronic Opportunity (NEO) is about the size of a coin and employs near-field wireless power supply and signal transmission, thus making the internal machine implanted in the skull battery-free, expert introduced.

Experts explained that brain-computer interfaces are divided into three categories: non-invasive, invasive and semi-invasive. The minimally invasive, wireless brain-machine interface project initiated by Tsinghua University will not damage brain tissue, averting inflammation, scarring and other adverse conditions.

The Global Times learned from the team that the clinical trial of this wireless minimally invasive BCI was approved by the Xuanwu Hospital in April 2023. It has also been registered for both international and domestic clinical trials of implanted medical devices.

The second clinical surgery for a patient with spinal cord injury was successfully performed by Professor Jia Wang’s team at the Tiantan Hospital on December 19, 2023. The patient is currently undergoing home-based rehabilitation training.

Asked when the NEO technology could be available on the market, Hong told the Global Times that currently, the technology is undergoing large-scale clinical trials in accordance with the relevant regulations. It can be put into actual application after obtaining an implanted medical devices license.

Many Chinese families have benefited from the National Assistance System for the Rehabilitation of Disabled Children since its establishment in 2018. In Gansu, designated Rehabilitation Institutions for Disabled Children have increased from 30 to 205 over the past years.

The Provincial Government also invests over 43 million Yuan annually to support the Rehabilitation Institutions, and that figure is expected to increase to 63 million Yuan in 2024. Some cities and counties further adopt diverse development models, including Public-Private Partnerships, to include more Disabled Children aged between 6 and 17 in the Rehabilitation Assistance System.

With the efforts of Hongmeng Disabled Persons’ Service Centre, over 20 children have returned to Primary School, more than 30 have integrated into regular schools, and over 10 gained employment in restaurants after turning 18.

Disabled People must be immediately protected, privileged, and apologised to for the despicable treatment they have been subjected to. This includes the Tory and LibDems murder of 120,000 People with Disability between 2010-2016 and beyond. Those with wealth must be scrutinized as to the origin of that wealth – and I do not care about what such parasites think about this policy! The Police and Military will become ‘Red’ – and those who have committed historical crime will be held responsible! The UK will work for International Revolution whilst withdrawing from NATO and any other Bourgeois institutions and establishments! The EU will be ‘banned’ and declared ‘illegal’. The UK will annul every treaty and understanding with the US whilst forging ‘Internationalist’ links directly with American workers. The Union Jack will be placed in the corner of the Red Flag festering a Hammer and Sickle! To hell with capitalism and reactionary leftism!
