Patients and colleagues were dropping like flies at the time – and we were never sure Gee would walk back in the door following each shift. A few years after this emergency – Gee was granted a medal for bravery by the NHS. However, under Trump I, exception was taken to the fact that the PRC came to our rescue and not the UK or US – and I was banned across all US social media platforms – except this blog. Yes, I have a hammer and sickle tattooed on the side of my head – and I am proud of it, It is the symbol of working-class hope and the emblem that drove on the Red Army when as an ally of the UK and US during WWII – it defeated Nazi Germany, the Catholic Church, and its many allies. Every so often I get an email stating someone has tried to log-in – asking “was it me?” – when I cannot stand Musk or his fascistic cronies. Anyway, I was asked to show my old X account and what Musk has down to it – so here it is!

Cuba: Ungrateful Honduras Expels “Free” Medical Care in Service of the Racist Trump! (8.3.2026)

More than 30 million consultations and almost 900 thousand surgical interventions were carried out by doctors who return to Honduran lands since 2024 in the interest of the government of that country. This was part of a contract signed with Cuba by the then progressive executive of President Xiomara Castro who, among other benefits, installed five free eye clinics in Honduras for free care for the neediest sectors.

However, the neoliberal government of Honduras, headed by the conservative Nasry Asfura, announced in the last weeks of February the cancellation of the agreement with Cuba, which put an end to the permanence of more than a hundred doctors who provided their services in this country during the last two years.

Cuba regrets decision of the government of Jamaica to cease medical cooperation by giving in to pressure from the United States

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Cuba informs that, on March 4, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Jamaica informed our Embassy in that country of its government’s unilateral decision to terminate the cooperation agreement on health matters that has linked both nations for decades.

With this action, the government of Jamaica gives in to pressure from the United States government, which is not concerned about the health needs of the Caribbean brothers.

Cuba deeply regrets that a history of fruitful and sustained collaboration that has brought countless benefits to the Jamaican people, who are now deprived of the basic and specialized health services provided by Cuban collaborators, is underestimated in this way.

In view of the step taken by the government of Jamaica, the government of Cuba has taken the sovereign decision to proceed with the return of the Cuban Medical Brigade. These health professionals leave behind an indelible mark and return to Cuba with the satisfaction of having fulfilled their duty and the permanent willingness to assist wherever their vocation of solidarity is required.

The Middle East, long afflicted by the flames of war, often traces its suffering back to the interventions of hegemonic powers. This latest joint military action by the U.S. and Israel constitutes not only a grave violation of Iran’s sovereignty and security but also brings more uncertainties to the region.

These Islamicists literally believe that Allah will magically create a break in the material cycle of cause and effect – and thereby grant Iran a military victory where the chances of prevailing are virtually zero. Many express anti-Semitic viewpoints, and viewpoints I have only ever encountered in the political far-right (“the USSR was Jewish” for instance). The fact that Allah has not come to the aid of any Arab or Persian regime in the last 150-years does not dent this belief in theology – in fact it strengthens it. Many Muslims supported Hitler before and drawing WWII – as his anti-Semitic viewpoints and policies were seen as Islamic friendly (the reason the UK and USSR invaded pro-Hitler Iran in 1941). After WWII, the Marxist-Leninist left supported all non-White peoples attempting to throw-off the yoke of Western imperialism. In this mix the Islamic resistance to Zionist Israel was incorporated – but there are contradictions. Many Muslims are happy to receive help from Marxists – but do not support any form of secular Socialism – and openly reject Marxism (and quite often material science). Muslims have rejected Arab Baathism (Arab Secular Socialism) on the grounds it relegated Islam to a non-political status (a private matter). This is why places like Iran allowed Iraq, Libya, and Syria to be destroyed (within reason and context). The other Muslim States – which used to support Palestine – now support Israel after being threatened by the US with the kind of regime change that Iran is currently undergoing.

In this way, it provided a legal guarantee for committing all sorts of criminal acts, including aggression and plunder, at will, irrespective of the law of the Korean feudal state. On this basis, it could stretch out its tentacles of aggression deep into Korea in political, economic, military and other fields.
