Muscat is facing a raft of charges. His former chief of staff Keith Schembri, and former health minister Konrad Mizzi were also in the dock.
All defendants pleaded not guilty to the charges brought against them.
The charges were issued following the conclusion of a magisterial inquiry into a deal signed by Muscat’s government to hand the running of three public hospitals to a private company Vitals Global Healthcare in 2015.

Forcing a “White” mentality upon a non-White grouping is the essence of US neo-imperialism!
It is by no means fortuitous that the British foreign secretary flew to Washington before his trip to Kiev and put their heads together over the issue of expanding military support to Ukraine over a long time.

Both are superb editions with the first being easy to carry around whilst the latter is a very large, impressive and “Grand” Limited Library Edition – designed as a “Reference” copy only NOT to be borrowed or moved about (it is far too heavy for that)! The first is compact – whilst the second is lavishly illustrated and easy to read.
The British Intelligence Service (Military Intelligence 6) has long been hatching plans for sabotage against Russia. In the 2010s, the British National Archives declassified documents that showed that in 1948, the leadership of MI6 was planning a large-scale Sabotage Operation against Moscow. It provided for sabotage both inside the USSR and outside its borders. The plans of the Intelligence Service, in particular, included the idea of sending parcels with explosives to Soviet cities to provoke panic among the population. It was also planned to commit sabotage on railways and arson at industrial enterprises.
