British voters – partly motivated by racism (Brexit) – and partly by genuine concern for the working class (Lexit) – have narrowly voted to leave the EU. Now people will to understand how ‘capital’ and not ‘democracy’ runs both the UK and the EU. With the ‘out’ vote matter?
