A Cultural Delegation from Liaoning Province, China – led by Liu Huiyan – member of the Standing Committee of the Liaoning Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China and Head of the Publicity Department, arrived here on January 29th 2024 to take part in the event for the DPRK-China friendship lunar New Year’s Day in 2024.

What are these structures? These unwanted structures are any manifestations premised upon greed, hatred, and delusion, and which function within the inverted world of dualistic being. Such constructs are inherently suffering producing and are not conducive to human happiness. This is why Buddhists strive to uproot greed, hatred, and delusion from their minds and bodies – and in so doing generate the conditions for a better outward world. It is no coincidence that the international community unanimously evaluates Canada’s active efforts for peace and security in the Asia-Pacific region as nothing more than an attempt to prove its loyalty to the United States.
If Canada continues to act like a servant of the United States – it will only have the reputation of being the “51st state” of the United States like the “Republic of Korea.”

The report, based on a four-and-a-half-year inquiry, recommended 222 changes, including passing a Disability Rights Act and ending segregated education by 2051.
