It outlines efforts to encourage the setup of memory-related clinics in healthcare institutions and cognitive impairment departments in eligible hospitals, with improved standard for senile dementia diagnosis and treatment.

“Good nursing is crucial for people with Alzheimer’s disease,” said PUMCH doctor Gao Jing, adding that a healthy lifestyle and medication are also important to fight the disease.

To boost the provision of nursing services, the plan also outlines a model integrating home, community and institution-based care for senile dementia, and encourages the construction of caregiving facilities in rural and urban communities.

By 2030, dedicated care units for seniors with dementia will account for 50 percent of elderly care institutions with over 100 beds and adequate services capabilities, and 15 million people will be trained for dementia care, according to the plan.

Of course, as we must continuously cover our backs when making such assertions, the 1975 UN Resolution (now often hidden or disguised) confirmed that Zionism is a form of “White Supremacy” developed by secular Jews in late 1880s Germany! If booing from the gallery persists – I tend to direct the curious to my Jewish friends at the “International Jewish Anti-Zionist Network”. The delusion associated with theistic religion is the problem – not Joseph Stalin or the USSR. I say this as an academic expert in the study of World Religion. When an anti-modern and anti-science (inverted) belief system is entwined with racism – humanity has a massive problem on its hands. I say exactly the same about any narrow-minded religion be it Buddhist (my own), Daoism, Confucianism, Islam, Hinduism, Sikhism, or any belief system which advocates hatred instead of progression.

The Need For, and Lack of, Objectivity

Everybody has biases. But everybody can learn to be objective in studying any subject, whether it be physics or history. The techniques are basically similar.

Objectivity as a scientific method is a practice of “distrust of the self.” You can learn to be objective by training yourself to become aware of, to articulate, and then to question your own preconceived ideas. You must be reflexively suspicious of evidence that tends to confirm your own preconceived ideas, prejudices, and preferences. You must learn to give an especially generous reading to any evidence and arguments that contradict your own preconceived ideas.

What I do see is how the US White Supremacy movement has spread to the UK, Western and Eastern Europe – and has redefined what racism actually is. Although Hitler’s “Mein Kampf” is the bible of the far-right – which advises the racially pure to “lie, lie, and lie again” to secure power – in no way did Hitler believe all White people were “Aryan” or “racially” pure! Take the Polish as an example. Catholic Poland became a Fascist State in 1930 and there was widespread celebrations on the Polish streets when Hitler came to power in 1933. Goebbels had a State visit in early 1934 where he discussed the “Russian” problem and this led to the Poles opening the first modern Concentration Camp at Bereza in East Poland in late 1934 (formerly a part of West Russia – invaded by the Poles in 1920).

As events have shown, when push came to shove, Iran (along with Russia) was quite happy to throw Ba’athist (secular) Syria under the bus and permit its takeover by ISIS. All this subterfuge has its origins in the deluded mindset of religiosity. These people literally believe that despite the negative weight of material conditions – those who believe in a disembodied sky-spirit will eventually (and magically) achieve a completely unexpected victory against all the odds. I once wrote that even if Palestine eventually prevailed against the Zionist Juggernaut – we would still be left with the religious problem of militant Islam (conditioned by decades of resistance to Zionist-fascism).

Furthermore, Zionist Israel is committing these crimes using British money and weaponry to murder innocent Palestinian men, women, and children. A new and frightening turn has now happened as the criminal IDF continues to attack and destroy the hospitals and medical centres in Gaza – killing the patients in their beds – and marching the doctors and nurses away to be raped and murdered in Zionist dungeons! The doctor above saved his life – but lost his leg – perhaps this resistance is a win in the greater scheme of things.
