UK: Homeless Carpenter Moves “Mysteriously” Around South London! (2.8.2025)

A new study by homelessness charity Crisis found that among older low-income earners, one in five feared homelessness in their retirement, and many say they cannot afford to stop working.

“A generation once thought to be safe from our housing crisis is now increasingly being swept up in it and at real risk of homelessness,” it concludes.

Francesca Albanese, executive director of policy and social change at Crisis, told Sky News: “Most people are thinking they will go into later life with savings and security, and actually the cost of housing alongside lower wages is meaning that for lots more people that just isn’t an option.”

The chatter on Chinese-language website in the PRC is of the opinion that Shi Yongxin was up to no good – and this feeds into his “defection” stories, etc. Indeed, it is believed that this might well be a Vatican-inspired intrigue designed to strengthen US foreign policy, bolster the image of Taiwan, and damage the PRC.

Australia: Most Targets to Reduce “Indigenous Disadvantage” Not on Track! (31.7.2025)

It said that progress has gone backwards on another four targets relating to Indigenous imprisonment and suicide rates, childhood development and the number of Indigenous children in out-of-home care.

“It is very concerning that we are still seeing outcomes worsening for incarceration rates, children in out-of-home care and suicide,” Malarndirri McCarthy, the federal minister for Indigenous Australians, said in a statement.

The report found that the age-standardized suicide rate of Indigenous Australians increased from 23.6 per 100,000 people in 2018 to 30.8 per 100,000 people in 2023. According to the Australian Bureau of Statistics (ABS), the suicide rate for the entire Australian population in 2023 was 11.8 per 100,000 people.

Indeed, a Neo-Nazi Ukrainian family moved back to Ukraine from Wales because they were not happy being moved to the top of the Council Housing List – as the Council house they were granted was not a private new build. Local Welsh people raised money to completely renovate this house – and after “apologising” to these criminals for providing them with sub-standard housing (the kind of housing that ordinary British people are made to live in) – the Neo-Nazi Ukrainians were invited back to the UK.

Freedom of speech under Trump I and II is nothing less than the far-right saying anything it wants – and doing anything to anyone it prefers. Centrists bourgeois ideology is now viewed as “Communist” – with leftist and far-left rhetoric declared “Bolshevik” and “Marxist”. As the average US citizen knows NOTHING about Marxism, what the American far-right is discussing is nothing but its own deficient (and hate-filled) imagination. In many ways, the far-right hates itself and what it represents – in other words its own ugly reflection – and calls this hideous reality “Communism”. Of course, what the far-right represents has nothing to do with “Communism”. For Trump I and II – freedom of speech – is anything the far-right wants to say, with Communist oppression being any resistance to this fascism!

It was the Trotskyite Khrushchev who (copying the US) introduced the Death Penalty for Civil Crimes in 1959. The problem Khrushchev had was that no Soviet-educated Jury would inflict the Death Penalty – as they had been taught that the Czarist Authorities routinely used “Death” as a means of controlling and oppressing the workers. Karl Marx, of course was opposed to all forms of Death Penalty. He quite rightly said that the State does not possess the right to harm an individual’s body in anyway – and I agree (doubly as a Buddhist). Lenin was of the opinion that Marx only meant that the Death Penalty should not be applied to the workers – but can be applied to class enemies. Why Lenin thought this – I am not sure. Lenin was a trained lawyer after-all – so perhaps he is seeing something I cannot in the work of Marx. Of course, I do accept that in the time of brutal war – executions might be required – even if I personally disagree. Sometimes we have to separate our personal beliefs (disentangle them from exterior circumstance) if life is to flow-on unhindered. This is why we require a strong moral foundation to our characters and judgement. We must avoid self-indulgence and wayward harshness. If it is proven “true” that Shi Yongxin was defecting to the US and was preparing to condemn the Communist Party of China on the White House lawn whilst Vance and Trump chuckle away – then i could well see an execution taking place. Surely a demonstration of bad-karma if ever I’ve seen it!
