On the morning of September 8, 2015, supplies arrived in Lugansk from the State Farm near Moscow. The Communists of Leningrad, the Moscow region and surrounding area – sent the 41st Humanitarian Convoy for beleaguered residents of the Lugansk and Donetsk People’s Republics!
