During Trump’s first term, Patel served as chief of staff at the U.S. Defense Department, deputy director of National Intelligence, and senior director for counterterrorism at the National Security Council.

Multiple sources familiar with the Trump transition process previously expressed “deep concerns” about the possibility of Patel being named FBI director — “a role where he would have vast authority to investigate the president’s political enemies, help declassify sensitive information and carry out a purge of career civil servants,” CNN reported.

Hunter Biden was convicted in June for purchasing a firearm in 2018 while addicted to crack cocaine, marking the first time a sitting president’s child has been convicted of a crime. He is set to be sentenced on Dec. 12.

He is also scheduled to be sentenced on Dec. 16 for federal tax evasion charges, to which he pleaded guilty in September, involving over 1.4 million U.S. dollars in unpaid taxes

Special counsel David Weiss, who served as the attorney for Delaware under former U.S. President Donald Trump, launched an investigation into Hunter Biden in 2018 and brought both indictments in 2023.

Adjoa Andoh (阿乔亚·安多 – A Qiao Ya – An Duo), a 60-year-old British actor, watched the Coronation King Charles III in the studio as a guest of the UK’s ITV Channel – and commented on the event. When she saw the royal family appear on the balcony of Buckingham Palace, she said: “We have gone from the rich diversity of the Church – to the terribly white balcony.” As a Black person of African-descent, Adjoa obviously assumed that the royal family’s skin-colour is a “problem” – stating that the individuals are “too white.” The so-called “diversity” the actress seems to be referencing – stems from the fact that King Charles III invited singers of African-descent to perform during the Coronation ceremony at Westminster Abbey.

Put on the stage of the performance, which began with male chorus and ceremonial military music, were famous songs reflecting the noble patriotic spirit and indomitable mettle of the armies and peoples of the two countries who have displayed matchless bravery and heroism for the dignity and glory of their sacred countries and for great victory.

The audience was deeply impressed by “The Sacred War”, “My Russia” and “Motherland” and other songs that reflect the valiant spirit of the Russian army and people who are resolutely defending the sovereignty, security, development and interests of their country while smashing the imperialists’ high-handed practices and war of aggression.

The performance showed well the invincibility of the just cause of the peoples of the two countries and the militant friendship of the army and people of the DPRK with the Russian army and people.

The typical (Christian) Monastic Rule states that on the day of the birth of Jesus Christ (Christmas Day), the monks, nuns and lay-observants (oblates), are solemn, humble, conscientious, profoundly aware, and committed to the structures of the Rule they follow. The interesting thing, however, is that the day of Christ’s birth is no more – and no less – significant than any other of the 364 days that exist throughout the year within the monastic cycle. Yes – various holy days (including Christmas Day) attract specific sermons and rituals – but these are inserted into the general daily framework of the Monastic Rule itself. Extra-food and extra-drink (outside of that already permitted by the Rule) is not allowed. A break from the daily round of monastic duty (outside the Rule) is not allowed. Finally, as the monastics and lay-observants own “nothing” (not even their robes) – there is never any giving of gifts (private property is not permitted under the Rule).

After the US and its ROK subordinates had provoked the North Koreans into taking retaliatory military action – a full-scale war erupted between the free DPRK and the colonised ROK! Perhaps the real reason the Labour Party would not fully commit the British Army in 1950 in Korea is because it was already committed around the world! As matters transpired, a relatively small token British Force was sent to fight in Korea – invading DPRK territory. It was quickly smashed by the CPV. Indeed, a number of British POWs, as working class men, chose to stay in North Korea (or China) when given a choice after the war. Many are still there – but we are not taught about this in the West. The North Korean People’s Army and the CPV fought in very difficult circumstances against a much better armed and supplied Western opponent. They died in their hundreds of thousands in defence of Socialism!
