Member of the Political Bureau of the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine, Marwan Abdel-Al, praised the findings of the “Day Seven” investigation, which documented the crime of Israel’s theft of human organs from Palestinian martyrs! He described this investigation as bold and revealing of the true horrific moral downfall and historic crimes of the committed by the Zionists, focusing upon a severe Crime Against Humanity – one of many such crimes – but perhaps a startling example of the sheer horrorific and immoral nature of the Israeli Occupation!
Abdel-Al explained, “The crimes of the Occupation represent behaviour that contradicts all international norms and conventions, and tramples on what remains of international and humanitarian law, especially the First Geneva Convention in its Articles 15 and 17, Article 120 of the Third Geneva Convention, and Article 130 of the Fourth Geneva Convention.” He further expressed his denunciation for the position of “silence” for these crimes taken by international organizations working in the Gaza Strip, such as the Red Cross, merely to avoid implicaging Zionist Israel in such War Crimes!
Abdel-Al pointed out that “this is the most horrific type of criminal theft, but it is not surprising considering Israel’s military practices,” He explained that “the Israeli military forces’ use of the strategy of detaining the bodies of martyrs is not new, but what is surprising is the chronic silence and indifference that allows this horrific crime to be repeated, each time with a greater barbarity.”
Abdel-Al also confirmed that “since 1976, Israel has detained 268 bodies of Palestinians within secret covert cemeteries. This number includes nineteen bodies from from those murdered by the Zionists in Gaza after their arrest during the “Israeli” aggression in 2014,” explaining that “the most horrifying examples are the facts confirmed by the “Day Seven” report about bodies that have been frozen in Israeli refrigerators since October 8th, 2015.”
Abdel-Al explained, “Israel, its racist government, and its fascist army - should operate under the law and not exist outside it. Zionist impunity is what has made this hideaous crime repeatable. The Swedish newspaper Aftonbladet, in its issue dated August 19th, 2009, raised the issue of the theft of Palestinian organs, and accused the Zionist Occupation forces of killing Palestinian citizens with the aim of stealing their internal organs, benefiting from them illegally, and trading them within an international network.”
In early September 2009, the American CNN network published a report similar to what is revealed today, which contains data indicating that “Israel” is considered the largest global centre for the trade in human organs,” explaining that “names of the missing have been linked to uncovered Palestinian graves hidden in covert Israeli cemeteries.” These are the names of the martyrs whose dead bodies are being held by the Occupation. These are secret cemeteries located in closed military areas under the control of the Ministry of the Occupying Army, where Tel Aviv holds the bodies of the martyrs in order to “heal its grief.” The Knesset approved (in the first reading) a racist draft law that legislates the detention of the bodies of the martyrs, and prevents the holding of mass funerals for them.

أشاد عضو المكتب السياسي في الجبهة الشعبية لتحرير فلسطين ، مروان عبد العال، بتحقيق “اليوم السابع” الاستقصائي الذي وثّق جريمة سرقة “إسرائيل” لأعضاء بشرية من الشهداء الفلسطينيين، واصفًا تحقيق “اليوم السابع” بالجريء والكاشف للسجل التاريخي المريع وسقوطه الأخلاقي وأضاء على جريمة بشعة يرتكبها الاحتلال الإسرائيلي، مؤكدًا أنّ الاحتلال يرتكب جرائم ضد الإنسانية وغير أخلاقية.
وأوضح عبد العال، أنّ “جرائم الاحتلال تمثّل سلوكًا منافيًا لكل الأعراف والمواثيق الدولية، ودوسًا على ما تبقى من القانون الدولي والانساني، ولا سيما اتفاقية جنيف الأولى في مادتيها 15 و17، والمادة 120 من اتفاقية جنيف الثالثة، والمادة 130 من اتفاقية جنيف الرابعة”، معربًا عن استنكاره للمواقف الصامتة للمنظمات الدولية التي تعمل في قطاع غزة مثل منظمة الصليب الأحمر تجاه مثل هذه الجرائم الفظيعة التي يرتكبها جيش الاحتلال”.
ولفت عبد العال إلى أنّ “هذ النوع من السرقة المرعبة ،ولكنها ليست مستغربة على ممارسات “إسرائيل” العسكريّة”، موضحًا أنّ “استخدام القوى العسكرية الإسرائيلية لاستراتيجية اعتقال جثامين الشهداء ليست بجديدة، إنما المستغرب هو الصمت المزمن وعدم الاكتراث الذي سمح بتكرار الجريمة وكل مرة أكثر فظاعة”.
كما أكَّد عبد العال، أنّ “إسرائيل احتجزت منذ عام 1976، 268 جثمانًا لفلسطينيين في مقابر الأرقام السّريّة، ومنهم 19 جثمانًا من غزّة اعتُقلوا خلال العدوان “الإسرائيليّ” على قِطاع غزّة سنة 2014″، موضحًا أنّ “الأكثر رعبًا الوقائع التي رصدها تقرير “اليوم السابع” عن الجثامين التي تم تجميدها في الثلّاجات الإسرائيلية منذ الثامن من أكتوبر 2015″.
وأوضح عبد العال، أنّ “إسرائيل وحكومتها العنصرية وجيشها الفاشي تحت القانون وليس خارجه، والتمادي في الإفلات من العقاب هو من جعل الجريمة تتكرر فقد أن أثارت صحيفة “افتونبلاديت” السويدية في عددها الصادر بتاريخ 19 أغسطس 2009 قضية سرقة أعضاء الشهداء، واتهمت قوات الاحتلال بقتل مواطنين فلسطينيين بهدف سرقة أعضائهم الداخلية، والاستفادة منها بشكل غير شرعي، والإتجار بها ضمن شبكة دولية”.
وكانت شبكة “سي إن إن” الأمريكية، أوائل سبتمبر 2009، قد نشرت تقريرًا مشابهًا لما يكشف عنه اليوم وفيه معطيات تشير إلى أن “إسرائيل” تُعتبر أكبر مركز عالمي لتجارة الأعضاء البشرية”، موضحًا أنّه “أميط اللثام عن مقابر الأرقام الاسم الذي ارتبط بسجلات أسماء الشهداء المحتجزة جثامينهم لدى الاحتلال، وهي مقابر سرية تقع في مناطق عسكرية مغلقة تخضع لوزارة جيش الاحتلال حيث تحتجز تل أبيب جثامين الشهداء كي “يشفى غليلها” حيث أقر الكنيست بالقراءة الأولى مشروع قانون يشرِّع احتجاز جثامين الشهداء، ويمنع إقامة جنازات حاشدة لهم”.
وطالب عبد العال من وصفهم بـ”دعاة الحضارة” وحقوق الانسان والديمقراطية وكل المؤسسات الانسانية والحقوقية العربية والدولية بأن تجعل من تقرير “اليوم السابع” والمرصد “الأورومتوسطي” والشهود كافة ، أدلة أساسية وقرائن أولية لمطالبة مؤسسات الأمم المتحدة لتشكيل لجان تحقيق ومتابعة ومحاكمة لمجرمي الحرب واعتبار كل ما جاء فيه ملك كل الأحرار وأصحاب الضمير في العالم، وليرفع من المؤسسات السياسية والنقابية، الوطنية والشعبية إلى محاكم العدل الدولية”.
