The Syndicate indicated that fellow journalist Ibrahim Qanan, Correspondent for Al-Ghad Channel, was injured by shrapnel from a missile that targeted Nasser Hospital in Khan Yunis, south of the Gaza Strip, and colleague Salah Abu Salah was injured by shrapnel from shelling east of Abasan, with colleague Saleh Al-Masry and his wife were injured during a bombing in Gaza City. The home of the Journalist and Director of Zaman Radio was targeted. Rami Al-Sharafi’s house was completely bombed, and the house of “Al-Quds Today” Channel broadcaster – Basil Khair Al-Din – was destroyed, in addition to the complete or partial destruction of other media institutions!

Meanwhile, the impoverished and poorly armed Palestinians continue to fight back in small but persistant ways. Yes – they die in their thousands – but they bury their dead and they fight on regardless! The Palestinians receive no help and no justice – but every single Palestinian is sure that their cause is just and that victory will eventually be theirs! In wars started and supported by the West – people die. If the West wants fewer Zionists killed in their proxy war – then the US should give the order for Zionists to stop killing Palestinians! The late Argentine football star – Diego Armando Maradona – described Castro as “the greatest in history” as he tattooed Castro on his body. In his message, Maradona admitted One day: “Fidel, if I’ve learned something with you over the years of honest and beautiful friendship, it’s that loyalty is priceless.”

Thanks to Fidel and his genuine Revolution in support of the poor and needy, Cuba is free from the misery that prevails in Latin America, as well as in the United States and in many places in Europe. There is not a single child in Cuba who sleeps on the street, suffers from hunger, or does not go to school, and despite all this, there are still many who describe Fidel as a Dictator and want to erase his legacy!

I always marvel at how he NEVER once has complained about what the US and UK have been doing in Syria – even though one of Hillary Clinton’s (now notorious) ‘leaked’ emails stated ‘Let’s destroy Syria for Israel!’ I say this – as I know the suffering the West is inflicting upon his kith and kin has been extensive. If ‘Socialist’ Syria falls – then Israel’s next target will be Iran. This trend will continue until ALL external support for the Palestinians has been destroyed.
