Joint Arab-Islamic Summit Condemns Ongoing Israeli War Crimes – Demands Immediate Cease-Fire & Investigation! (12.11.2023)

Israel’s attacks on Gaza have so far killed more than 11,000 Palestinians, including more than 4,500 children and 3,000 women, and wounded over 27,000 others, said Palestinian Health Minister Mai Al-Kaila in a press conference on Saturday.

The Israeli escalation followed a massive attack launched by the Palestinian Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) that runs Gaza, which killed about 1,200 people in Israel, according to revised figure announced by Israeli Foreign Ministry spokesperson Lior Haiat on Saturday. Hamas also took more than 200 people to Gaza as hostages during the attack.

Qatar’s Emir announced during the summit that his country was trying to mediate the release of hostages.

Hamas on Saturday called on the leaders of Arab and Islamic nations to pressure Israel to stop its “war” against the besieged coastal enclave.

The Department explained that what is required of the United Nations institutions and the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Refugees is to effectively stop the aggression and provide for the needs of our people hiding in Shelter Centres who are suffering under the weight of the aggression – in a way that alleviates their suffering – not to issue misleading instructions that are not their responsibility! Most important of all is the necessity of taking the decision to return to its Operations Centre in Gaza City, and assume its full responsibilities required for providing relief to our people throughout the Gaza Strip – and not in the South – where the Zionists would like us to be.

France Arrests Palestinian Activist – Maryam Abu Daqqa – After approving Deportation! (10.11.2023)

Abu Daqqa, 71 years old, obtained an Entry Visa to France (for 50 days), whilst in Jerusalem at the beginning of last August, in order to go to France, where she was scheduled to participate in various Conferences on the Israeli-Palestinian conflict.

Abu Daqqa arrived in France last September, and participated in two Conferences despite the restrictions imposed on her after campaigns aimed at banning her public activity. She also participated in a movement to release George Ibrahim Abdullah – the Lebanese Detainee – held in French prisons over the last 40 years.

On October 16th, Abu Daqqa was arrested in the city of Marseille, Southern France, before heading to the city of Toulouse – based on an Order from Interior Minister Girald Darmanin – with the intention that Abu Daqqa be Deported.

Gaza: Israeli War Crimes Countered By Hamas Courage! (9.11.2023)

The total number of Palestinian deaths due to Israeli attacks since Oct. 7 has risen to 10,328, including 4,237 children, 2,719 women, and 631 elderly people. Additionally, more than 25,000 others were injured with various degrees of severity, according to the Gaza-based Health Ministry on Tuesday.

On the same day, the government media office announced that Israel has bombed the Gaza Strip with over 30,000 tons of explosives since the outbreak of the deadly conflict on Oct. 7.

Meanwhile, the ground battles continue between Hamas and other resistance factions against the Israeli military, which has announced its intention to target underground tunnels in the northern Gaza Strip and advance towards the heart of Gaza City after isolating the area with troops and tanks.

PFLP: Leadership of Palestinian Authority Must Boycott American Officials – and Reject Western Plans Hostile to Palestinian People! (7.11.2023)

The Front considers that the American plans – seeking to create a “new entity” in the Gaza Strip, or hand over the Gaza Strip to an unelected “Alternative Administration” – is far from the will of the Palestinian people! These fascistic and non-democratic plans are “rejected” by the Palestinian people! The Palestinian Authority must NOT deal with or consider these vile plans that are hostile to the Palestinian people!

The Front concluded its statement by reiterating that the American Administration, which openly colludes with the Zionist Occupation through its aggression against the Palestinian people by supporting the Zionist fascists politically and militarily – providing the most powerful (and “Internationally Banned”) weapons! As a consequnce, this US aggression against the Palestinan people must be dealt with (and targeted) using all forms of resistance!

He added that it is “an act of economic warfare, in times of peace,” creating a situation of ungovernability and an attempt to destroy the constitutional order.

Aurelie Flore Koumba Pambo, representative of Gabon to the UN, voiced her country’s concern over the continuing embargo.

“The scale of its impact is more and more harmful to the Cuban people,” she said during the debate, noting that the economic blockade is “clearly a hostile act to region and continental cohesion.”

She called it an “obstacle to the social and economic development of Cuba.”

Peruvian UN Ambassador Luis Ugarelli said his country “shares the view of practically the entire international community” that the embargo is against the principles of the UN Charter and international human rights law, noting Peru would support the resolution, as it has done for more than 30 years.
