US: Washington DC Sues Trump Over National Guard Deployment! (5.9.2025)

Aside from the original 800 National Guard troops, six Republican-led states have supported the president’s effort by sending additional personnel, bringing the total deployment in D.C. to over 2,000.

The D.C. lawsuit follows a court victory by the Democratic-run U.S. state of California earlier this week.

On Tuesday, District Judge Charles Breyer in San Francisco ruled that the Trump administration violated a 19th-century law barring the use of soldiers for civilian law enforcement when it deployed National Guard troops to Los Angeles in June.

Schwalb, a Democrat, noted that the National Guard deployment not only undermines public safety, but also hurts the district’s economy by depressing key sectors such as restaurants, hotels and tourism.

The weather was hot – and the Confederates had to advance over open ground before storming an inclined slope (in the form of a steep hill) – with the intention of sweeping the Federals off its top and consolidating the victory. The previous day had seen the Confederates sweep the Federals out of West and Central Gettysburg – and into the hills to its East. Washington was just 80 miles to the South – and legend has it that Lincoln was packing his belongings to flee! I have audio-typed part of a chapter from Stephen Sears’ book – carefully reproducing the text from an Audible edition (in my native British English). This provides a general background to the battle – but does not mention the Irish specifically – other than one or two fighting for the Union. For the story of “Company K” of the 15th Alabama Regiment of the Confederate States of America (CSA) – we must turn to the excellent work of Phillip Thomas Tucker – who has produced an excellent book examining the contribution to the Confederate cause made by the Irish!

Jefferson had to draw from a limited pool of men (compared to the North – which possessed an endless supply of recruits – as every newly arrived migrant was enrolled into the US Army) – Jefferson managed to assemble around 80,000 (aged 12-60) – gave every man a uniform, hat and pair of boots, and ensured all were armed and fed. The idea was to Punish the Lincoln Administration that had tried on numerous occasions to militarily invade and subjugate the South. It was General Lee who suggested to Jefferson Davis that an invasion into the North – and a decisive military victory near Washington – might force Lincoln to sue for peace. Lincoln, however, had other ideas, and refused any such compromise, stating that he strove for the utter destruction of the South.

We still have to live with the fact of Trump assisting the Israeli-inflicted genocide in Gaza. Whereas US White racism firmly rejects people of colour – Russian White racism accepts people of colour – providing these people acknowledge the validity of Russian White racism. I bet Lenin never saw that coming! The far-right outside of Ukraine supports the Azov Battalion because it is directly “Hitlerite” – but rejects the broader “Maidan” Junta as it is led by a Jew and recruits many of its volunteers from veterans of the Israeli Defence Force (IDF) – the same IDF that has been committing “Genocide” in Palestine! The genuine (Hitlerite) far-right rejects the White Supremacy practiced by Zionists due to its association with Judaism.

The DPRK detective agencies’ investigation into the drones from the ROK is going on and the truth behind the despicable provocation of the ROK military gangsters will be analyzed further in detail.

No one knows how our retaliation and revenge will be completed.

A lot of political motivational rubbish sent by the ROK scum was discovered and removed in many parts of the DPRK on October 21, too.

The brute courage of the Seoul authorities to jump into fire with brushwood on their backs, far from reflecting on their conducts and being prudent, will bring the danger of destruction of all the scum. And they will be denounced by everyone else.

He explains that Israel must be stopped and that Palestine must be free! By this time, local security is starting to enquire as to his presence and his activity – not sure what to do as he is in military uniform. At first, the lighter does not work, but after a number of attempts – Airman Aaron Bushnell bursts into flames! He stands determined and at attention so that his camera can record his protest! He shouts “Free Palestine!” until the inside of his mouth is consumed with fire! After about 90 seconds – Airman Aaron Bushnell is lying (dying) on his back whilst private security personal aim hand-guns and fire-extinguishers at him! A Black man attempts to put out the fire – whilst a White man threatens to shoot – and therein lies the entire crux of the matter! The Zionist Israelis are currently murdering tens of thousands of Palestinian men, women and children in Gaza (and elsewhere) – and they are being empowered to carry-out this “Genocide” by the continuous supply of weaponry from the US, EU and UK!
