Despite the Catholic compilers of this learned edition of the Bible attempting to justify and placate the inherent violence and ignorance inherent in this text – there is NO objective historical evidence that Judaism existed much before 500 BCE – or that the followers of this originally “polytheistic” religion possessed any significant numbers or were ever held captive in Babylon or Egypt! In 1890, May Day “reached” the Russian Empire, where it was first marked by a strike of 10,000 Warsaw workers. Since 1900, various demonstrations and strikes have been held annually on May 1st, but it became possible to freely celebrate May Day only after the victory after the February Revolution (February 1917) – before this date, the holiday was considered “Sedition” and was officially banned by the Czarist government. And already on May 1st, 1917, under the Bolshevik slogans “Down with the Imperialist War” and “All Power to the Soviets,” millions of workers marched along the streets of Russian cities!

The U.S., together with Japan and the ROK puppets, are ceaselessly staging military exercises under various codenames against the DPRK almost every week. Witnessing such muscle-flexing alone, one can easily understand the reason why tensions are soaring in the region like a kindled detonating fuse.

The U.S., which kicked off its madcap war drumbeats in the new year through a “joint combat firing drill” with the gangsters of the ROK puppet army on Jan. 4, has frantically staged war drills under various codenames such as “drill of neutralizing CBR weapons storage facilities”, “allied cyber training” and “joint special operation drill”.

From January 15 the U.S., together with Japan and the ROK puppets, conducted a “joint maritime drill” with the involvement of its nuclear carrier Carl Vinson for four days in the waters off Jeju Island.

The Officers and soldiers of the “Hai Qi Hao” also cut off their Manchu braided poney-tails – officially integrating with the (modern) Western Navy.

On the other hand, if US-born (Asian) actors – pretending to be a) Japanese and b) medieval – presses your buttons then this show is definitely for you. An extra treat is in store if you like random White (European) people pretending to be a) English, and b) Elizabethan. The fact Japan is currently (and deliberately) pumping nuclear waste into the South China Sea has much to do with the manner in which this mini-series has been received. This happens at a time when Japan continues to antagonise China by refusing to acknowledge internationally recognised boundaries – whilst not apologising for WWII atrocities! A positive US decreed media consensus has declared this piece of parody (and Eurocentric mimicry) to be universally a ‘great success’.
