China Exposes US Cyber Criminality!

China: US Origin of World’s Cyber Attacks! (2.2.2024)

The United States itself is the origin and the biggest perpetrator of cyberattacks, Wang said, noting that the U.S. Cyber Force Command openly declared that the critical infrastructure of other countries is a legitimate target for U.S. cyberattacks.

Wang said that since last year, China’s cybersecurity agencies have released reports revealing the U.S. government’s long-running cyberattacks against China’s critical infrastructure. Such irresponsible policies and practices have exposed global critical infrastructure to huge risks, said the spokesperson.

“We urge the United States to stop its worldwide cyber espionage and cyberattacks, and stop smearing other countries under the excuse of cybersecurity,” Wang said.

US Racism Must Be Stopped!

The interrogations of Chinese individuals in the U.S., as well as the confiscation of their mobile-phones, computers and other personal devices, have severely disrupted the normal operations of Chinese firms and businesspeople, said the spokesperson in response to the issue.

The U.S. side should immediately cease its harassment while ensuring a safe, transparent and equitable business environment for Chinese companies and businesspeople, said the spokesperson.

China will closely monitor the situation and steadfastly safeguard the rights and interests of Chinese businesses and citizens, the spokesperson added.

US Border Anti-China Threat!

US Border Racism Threat to Chinese Students! (30.1.2024)

(ECNS) — Recent incidents of some Chinese international students with valid documents being harassed, interrogated, and deported by U.S. authorities suggest that such unlawful behaviour has only worsened, leaving the situation for Chinese international students in the U.S. far from improved.

A Chinese student surnamed Li, who graduated from a top-tier Chinese university, said that in January 2024, she travelled to the United States to pursue a Ph.D. in Computer Science at the University of Maryland. Upon arriving at Washington Dulles International Airport, she was greeted by rude and unreasonable U.S. law enforcement officers and subjected to prolonged questioning in the secure interview room — a “small dark room.

The officers forcefully examined Li’s personal belongings, including her phone and computer, denied her request to contact the Chinese consulate, and repeatedly inquired about her party membership status, academic background, and mentor details.

In addition, the world human rights conference held in Vienna of Austria in June 1993 adopted the “Vienna declaration and action program” to reaffirm trust in the rights of human being stipulated by the above-mentioned declaration and apply them to practice.

However, swimming against such efforts by the international community, some countries and regions of the world are still denying the World Declaration of Human Rights and publicly committing practices running counter to it.

The dignity and rights of human being mentioned by the declaration are now ruthlessly being violated in the U.S. and other Western countries where all sorts of social evils such as gun-related crimes, racial discrimination, violent actions by police and maltreatment of women and children are rampant, the white paper said, citing data to prove such facts.

The human rights situation in EU countries is little short of that in the U.S., the white paper said, and went on:

The criminal moves of the U.S. and the West to block the international protection and promotion of human rights, contrary to the World Declaration of Human Rights, are also being brought to light in the fact that they have reduced the UN human rights arena, a theatre of dialogue and cooperation for settling the human rights issues, into a theatre of confrontation for attaining their sinister political purpose.

China: US Must Stop Racial Discrimination Against PRC Students! (5.1.2024)

Wang said the U.S. has long been wantonly suppressing and ill-treating Chinese students traveling to the U.S. with lawful and valid identifications and visas. Some of the students were interrogated, confined, forced into confession, induced and even deported without just cause. Every month for the past few months, the U.S. deported dozens of Chinese arriving in the U.S., including students. “This is a clear case of selective, discriminatory and politically motivated law enforcement. We strongly deplore and firmly oppose this.”
