Representing the Lao Government was Mr. Akaphap Phanthavong, Director of the European-American Department at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Receiving the remains on behalf of the United States was Ms. Michelle Outlaw, Deputy Chief of Mission and Chargé d’Affaires at the U.S. Embassy in the Lao PDR. Officials and representatives from both nations stood together in solemn remembrance and solidarity.

The remains were recovered through a joint Lao-U.S. operation, the fourth such survey and excavation conducted during the 2024–2025 period in Dakcheung District, Sekong Province. The mission underscores Laos’ steadfast commitment to humanitarian values and its ongoing efforts to help American families find long-awaited closure.

Therefore, the true colors of the U.S. as the one directly involved in the Ukrainian dispute and worst sponsor of terrorism have become crystal clear and it has been fully proved that the weapons supplied by the U.S. to Ukraine have been used to massacre peaceable citizens of Russia.

Hideous crimes deserve severe punishment.

The U.S., which has become directly involved in the Ukrainian war, has nothing to say against any punishment by Russia and the retaliatory attack will be the most legitimate self-defence.

This organisation has the military capability to overthrow nearly all democratically elected governments (and their respective militaries). Blackwater is not only used by the US Government as ‘Shock Troops’ and ‘Covert’ Operatives in foreign lands – but also trains still serving Military and Law Enforcement Personnel. This has unleashed a highly fascistic ideology throughout all US Governmental Agencies that is openly racist, totalitarian and deadly when encountered by ordinary people. Blackwater, although owned by the right-wing Christian – Erik Prince – routinely trains the Islamophobic ‘Israeli Defence Force’ (IDF), and recruits from right-wing and fascistic regimes friendly to the US around the world. This includes the Catholic countries of Central and South America.

U.S.-BACKED COUP

Chile on Monday marked the 50th anniversary of the coup as people marched by the presidential palace and laid flowers for the victims. “We commemorate a date that is painful and that, without a doubt, is a turning point in our history,” said President Gabriel Boric.

In the 1970s, there were stark signs of a crisis looming large in Chile, from a divided government to soaring prices and frequent protests. The CIA financing and covert operations to destabilize the country cannot be ignored, either. For half a century, a trove of historical studies and declassified archives have shown that the United States went to great lengths to prevent the leftist Allende from coming to power and to topple his government later.

Allende had been the target of America since the 1960s when the Cold War between the United States and the former Soviet Union was at its height. The United States, which regarded Latin America as its “backyard”, was reluctant to see the left-wing leader be elected the Chilean president.

Declassified documents show that between 1962 and 1964, the CIA spent millions of dollars financing the campaign of Allende’s rivals and anti-Allende propaganda. These behind-the-scenes maneuvering worked as Allende lost the 1964 presidential election.

All this intrusion into ‘rights of consciousness’ could be carried-out in a friendly and comfortable environment – whilst an English-language US documentary plays in the background which explains the American persecution of Julius and Ethel Rosenberg – and the eventual execution of these two US citizens in 1953 – for being ‘Communists’. To soften-up these non-Chinese individuals – whilst sat waiting for their ‘interview’ – the blatantly ‘racist’ (1956) interview of Paul Robeson by the US government could be played as a form of ‘mood music’. Personally, I would also show silent film footage of US Army soldiers surrendering ‘en masse’ to Chinese Volunteer Army soldiers during the US War of Aggression in Korea (1950-1953) – projected on a nearby wall – playing in a loop. All light-hearted interrogation techniques delivered in a non-threatening manner – with NO sinister undertones or racist implications.
