Palestinian children now know much more about death than about life, he said. One million Palestinian children in Gaza are facing a death sentence that can take effect at any moment. He went on to share the story of a child called Ayoub, whose mother named him after the Muslim prophet of patience, knowing he would need endless fortitude to endure the suffering awaiting him. Ayoub was killed with his siblings when Israel bombed their home, he said, echoing the Secretary-General’s description of the Gaza Strip as a graveyard for children. In the face of atrocities being committed in Gaza, he stressed, there is only one moral position: “Ceasefire now. Stop the Genocide.”

The most important lesson, taught by the present reality in which the noble spirit and purpose of the World Declaration of Human Rights have not been realized yet, is that genuine human rights can be guaranteed and realized only when the sovereignty is thoroughly defended.

Human rights, not guaranteed by the sovereignty of a state, are nothing but a castle on the sand, and if the national power is weak and the sovereignty is not defended, it is impossible to guarantee elementary rights to life and existence, to say nothing of individuals’ dignity and rights to development.

The most serious challenge threatening the existence and development of mankind at present is the unethical crimes of the U.S. and its followers that unhesitatingly invade sovereign states and massacre innocent inhabitants in order to maintain their hegemony and realize their interests.

BEIJING, Dec. 9 (Xinhua) — Amid a global outcry for peace, the United States has once again pitted itself against the international community by vetoing a draft resolution demanding an immediate humanitarian ceasefire in the Gaza Strip.

At the Security Council’s meeting on the Israel-Palestine issue, the resolution — submitted by the United Arab Emirates to the United Nations (UN) Security Council on Friday — received overwhelming support from 13 of the 15 Security Council members, with Britain abstaining. The United States is the only member to vote against it.

“The Israeli army forced us to displace five times, from my house in Gaza City to Dier al-Balah City in the centre of the strip, and to eastern Khan Younis, and then to the western Khan Younis until reaching Rafah,” the 52-year-old mother of seven complained to Xinhua.

During her displacement journey, Mahani lost her husband, three sons, two daughters, and ten of her grandchildren in an Israeli attack targeting their residential block in Khan Younis city a few days ago.

Palestine possesses no official or professional military – whilst the Zionist State possesses Nuclear Weapons and the most advanced Regular Army trained and armed by the United States and its allies. As confirmed by the UN in 1975 – Zionism is a form of “White Supremacism” developed and practiced by middle-class, secular Jews (developed in Germany during the 1880s). This explains why it is that the Israelis allow two to three times the number of Palestinians to be released for a much smaller number of “White” Israelis. The Zionist State views its citizens as being “racially” and “spiritually” superior to all other ethnic groups and races around the world.

This was not without its problems – but things soon sorted themselves-out after the Zionist murder of UN Ambassador – Folke Bernadotte in 1948. Although the (White), middle-class, secular Jews that had been carrying out a ruthless terrorist campaign in Palestine for decades against the Occupying British Army and the protesting indigenous Arabs (funded by US Zionists and supported by such high-profile Jews as disgraced Leon Trotsky between 1929 and his death in 1940) – killing their “first” bona fide non-combatant was something of a milestone! Whilst visiting Palestine to investigate Press reports of “massacres” perpetuated by the Zionist terrorist forces against the Arab population – Folke Bernadotte was swiftly shot in the face as he disembarked from a UN-sanctioned aeroplane – with his dead body simply re-carried back up the stairs from which he had just descended. Judicial action carried-out against the Zionist State or its terrorist forces – NONE.
