International Court of Justice to Rule [Tuesday] on Case “Accusing Germany of Facilitating Gaza Genocide”! (28.4.2024)

According to German government-funded media, Berlin “is one of the largest arms exporters to Israel” alongside the United States.

Nicaragua is asking the court to issue immediate provisional measures ordering Germany to end its “participation in the ongoing plausible genocide and serious breaches of international humanitarian law” in the Gaza Strip.

This would include suspending military aid to Israel and ensuring that already delivered German weapons are not used to commit genocide. Nicaragua also asked the court to require that Germany comply with international humanitarian law, and resume its funding to UNRWA.

The hearings will come after the ICJ in January ordered Israel to halt all potentially genocidal acts – including any killing of Palestinians – pending its consideration of South Africa’s genocide case against Israel.

The U.S., which kicked off its madcap war drumbeats in the new year through a “joint combat firing drill” with the gangsters of the ROK puppet army on Jan. 4, has frantically staged war drills under various codenames such as “drill of neutralizing CBR weapons storage facilities”, “allied cyber training” and “joint special operation drill”.

From January 15 the U.S., together with Japan and the ROK puppets, conducted a “joint maritime drill” with the involvement of its nuclear carrier Carl Vinson for four days in the waters off Jeju Island.

Since last October 7th 2024, more than 20,000 children have been born in the Gaza Strip, according to the Ministry of Health in Gaza, the majority of them in shelter centres under very harsh conditions, especially with most hospitals being bombed out of service, a shortage of medical staff (many executed by the IDF), and the absence of the basics necessary for the birth process, the simplest of which is Hygiene, which exposes the mother and her child to many health risks, while other women give birth in the streets. Hayat tells us that she gave birth to her baby girl at night in one of the shelters. Her neighbour, a displaced doctor, helped her deliver her foetus by the light of a mobile phone, and cut the umbilical cord with paper scissors.

This is in preparation for the ICJ to formally find Zionist Israel “Guilty” of “Genocide”. This will mean Israel is committing “War Crimes” and “Crimes Against Humanity”! As if the right-minded people of the world do not know and understand this already! Zionist Israel has been committing atrocities against the Palestinian people (and other Arabs and Persians) since 1948! The Palestinian Authority missed many opportunities to possess power cards, squandered the achievements and sacrifices of our people, and ignored all the data that had accumulated on the international scene as a result of its pursuit of humiliating American sponsorship, and continued its absurd approach for many years, which reinforced the Occupation of the land and the policies of Judaization and Settlement.

The Front calls on the countries of the world that stand by the Palestinian people to unite their efforts in continuing to press for fundamental Amendments to the United Nations laws, which guarantee that no country will use its veto to obstruct any decisions that affect the rights of any country struggling for its freedom and defeating the Occupation.

The Popular Front calls on all of humanity and the free people of the world to raise their voices loudly, to condemn the biased American positions, and to press for the trial of the leaders of the American Administration as war criminals, because of their continued commitment of crimes against humanity and their continued sponsorship and support of the Zionist “Genocidal Crimes” against the Palestinian people and the peoples of the world.
