It is clear that both Russia and Iran have militarily (and politically) betrayed President Assad – a (secular) Socialist leader of Syria. Hillary Clinton’s campaign for the Presidency was scuppered when emails were leaked – stating that she wanted to (joyfully) “destroy” both Iran and Syria “for Israel”! This is an ongoing bourgeois plan developed through a mix and match approach – one that manoeuvres around the self-centred individuals that are “thrown-up” via the democratic process – and the fickle attitudes of the general public (which habitually swing toward and away from Israel – due to the strength of government-generated Islamophobia).

After the US and its ROK subordinates had provoked the North Koreans into taking retaliatory military action – a full-scale war erupted between the free DPRK and the colonised ROK! Perhaps the real reason the Labour Party would not fully commit the British Army in 1950 in Korea is because it was already committed around the world! As matters transpired, a relatively small token British Force was sent to fight in Korea – invading DPRK territory. It was quickly smashed by the CPV. Indeed, a number of British POWs, as working class men, chose to stay in North Korea (or China) when given a choice after the war. Many are still there – but we are not taught about this in the West. The North Korean People’s Army and the CPV fought in very difficult circumstances against a much better armed and supplied Western opponent. They died in their hundreds of thousands in defence of Socialism!

China firmly supports Palestine in becoming a full UN member and supports the convening of a more broad-based, more authoritative and more effective international peace conference, Xi added.

Xi said that China will continue to work with the international community to end the war and stop the killing, support the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East in continuing to provide humanitarian assistance to the Gaza people, and bring the question of Palestine back to the right track of the two-State solution to achieve a comprehensive, just and lasting settlement at an early date.

No matter how the hostile forces may be the master of confusing right and wrong and hatching plots, they can never cover up the true human rights situation in the DPRK which gives top priority to the dignity, right and interests of the popular masses and regards them as absolute.

Protection of human rights apart from the national sovereignty is nothing but an empty talk.

It is an exercise of the normal and legitimate right of a sovereign state which no one can slander for the DPRK to take all necessary measures for defending its sovereignty and protecting the security and interests of its citizens as it has been exposed to the serious, political and military threats by the U.S. and its allies.

The DPRK will never overlook the daily-increasing hostile acts of the U.S. and its followers but make every effort to defend the socialist system of the DPRK which its people value as dear as their lives and their genuine rights.

Regarding the challenges and requests submitted by the Israeli occupation authorities, the Court said that the Chamber received two requests submitted by Israel on 26 September 2024. In the first request, Israel challenged the Court’s jurisdiction over the situation in the State of Palestine in general, and over “Israeli nationals” more specifically, on the basis of Article 19(2) of the Statute. In the second request, Israel requested the Chamber to order the Prosecution to submit a new notification of the commencement of an investigation to its authorities under Article 18(1) of the Statute. Israel also requested the Chamber to stay any proceedings before the Court in the relevant situation, including the consideration of the requests for arrest warrants against Netanyahu and Galant.
