California: States’ Rights – No Secret Police Act – “Bans” ICE Face-masks! (21.3.2025)

In a statement Saturday, Assistant Secretary of Homeland Security Tricia McLaughlin denounced the new laws signed by Newsom as “despicable” and “a flagrant attempt to endanger our officers.”

Legal experts said the measures may offer limited protection to immigrants and will likely face constitutional challenges from the federal government.

Kevin Johnson, an immigration law professor and former dean of the UC Davis School of Law, stated that the legislation may have a marginal impact on federal enforcement operations.

He noted that a 2018 California law restricting immigration arrests at superior court buildings did not stop the Trump administration from detaining people at courts this year.

“The federal government is going to continue doing what it’s doing, in one form or another,” Johnson said. “I do think the legislation gives some hope and optimism to communities that feel under fire, vulnerable and basically hated by the federal government.”

Anti-fascism is one of the golden threads that runs through all civilised societies – it is a concept, a principle, that cannot be “outlawed” anymore than the principle of gravity can be disrupted just because a favourite object once broke when dropped. Oppression can be applied, yes that can happen, we know this, because the bourgeois do it to us all the time. It is environmental pressure (such as capitalist oppression) that causes ALL evolutionary development. Therefore, the greater the societal pressure – the greater the working-class response to it will become. The more we are oppressed – the greater will be the eventual working-class response to it.

If the Local Council still possessed a legal requirement to maintain Council Houses and home every vulnerable person in need – there would be no homelessness. If the Benefits Systems still reflected the true wealth of this country, and fairly redistributed funds, there would be no poverty. If the government subsidised and controlled food pricing, there would be no starvation. If the government controlled the schools, British children would still receive a world class education and be fed properly during school-time. Furthermore, our graduates would not leave University with £30-40,000 worth of debt just as their adult lives are beginning. If the NHS was properly funded, staffed, and stocked, everyone could receive immediate world class treatment – free at the point of use.

Trump Invades DC!

US: Washington DC Sues Trump Over National Guard Deployment! (5.9.2025)

Aside from the original 800 National Guard troops, six Republican-led states have supported the president’s effort by sending additional personnel, bringing the total deployment in D.C. to over 2,000.

The D.C. lawsuit follows a court victory by the Democratic-run U.S. state of California earlier this week.

On Tuesday, District Judge Charles Breyer in San Francisco ruled that the Trump administration violated a 19th-century law barring the use of soldiers for civilian law enforcement when it deployed National Guard troops to Los Angeles in June.

Schwalb, a Democrat, noted that the National Guard deployment not only undermines public safety, but also hurts the district’s economy by depressing key sectors such as restaurants, hotels and tourism.

It is interesting that in 2014, the Obama Administration immediately recognised the Neo-Nazi Maidan regime in Ukraine just after the US brought it (illegally) to power. Neo-Nazi Ukraine, of course, is friendly with Israel – whereas the left-leaning Yemeni government is not. Furthermore, as a means to racially diminish the Yemeni government, the West continuously refers to it merely as the “Houthi” government – a habit followed by the PRC media. The US, UK, and EU fund and arm Israel, and permit Israel to break International Law as a means to pursue its foreign policies (essentially genocide and murder). Lastly, Jeffrey Epstein was part and parcel of this corrupt method – but one which included the sexual abuse of children by the rich and high-ranking politicians. It is clear that if Trump had made his pro-Zionist feelings clear leading up to the election – no so many brain-dead Nazis would have voted for him! No wonder he has deny no such Epstein List exists!
